I was going to blast this man for coming into the office but I was judging way to quickly. It’s actually a really smart thing to do. You might think you’re the best at it but it’s a good thing to learn from others.

With both coming in you could see and feel the difference of energy, Ryan came in not letting the space that had a lot going on intimidate him, very confident. The other one seemed like he almost crapped his pants. It’s all about experience, confidence and that energy.

Ryan won because he is the way more experienced realtor, has better resources to reach out to his specific targets and he also put some sort of time pressure with the sellers. Tyler was just way too nice of a fella the sellers didn't feel he was the guy for the job from the get go.

Sorry to burst bubbles. But u guys do know all this produced. Scripted and often scenes shot many times. From this to bachelor love it or list it and below deck. They have to create either conflict or romance and catch it ever so coincidentally on camera but again I hope this isn't news to anyone

So pathetically funny how every episode is the same scenario: Seller contacts agent, agent finds broker with a buyer. Buyer low balls the offer. Agent steps out of the room to make a call to the seller. Seller is furious about the low ball offer. Agent comes back and meets price in the middle. Hand shake. Episode over.
