Them logger boys are " Rougher than a night in jail "! This was a fun double video that made me smile. I use to do this heavy repair work 17 years ago and I don't miss it a bit. After 40 years crawling over those monsters have my joints stowed up. Please keep the carnage coming. I like dirt.
Being a guy spoiled with overhead cranes, I can't help admire you guys struggling with forklifts?? Those hydraulic lines are a real challenge. You guys always make it look easy!! Another great video!!!
I have done similar jobs like that. I used a small chain hoist on the boom of the forklift and the person inside can lower item as he needs to. Even a small electric winch might be a good option. Then the boom can stay the same height. Nice job as always 👍
I really liked how your oldest boy put his younger brother in front on that trail ride. taking care of family I loved that, great job dad. I know wrong video
Thanks for watching ! I thought the dirt bike trail ride was great footage too. But wish we had footage of Mr C and I during the 4 hour separation. I was scared!!! 🤦♀️🤦♀️it was only supposed to be an hour long trail 🙄🙄😂😂
They needed to suspend the shaft between centers and use a dial indicator to verify they were straight, then weld. And if you act quickly, you can use a soaking wet rag to shrink any high spots and get them to indicate perfect
Another great job Clint.Nice to be able to edit (keeping it the family channel).Looks like it was a tough one but as usual you and your excellent team pulled it through to the finish. Stay safe guy's
Great job Kevin ! You are by far the life blood of that company. Don't let Clinton tell you any different 👍🏻 My guess on the repair bill total is $14,850.69.
greetings from Central NH Lakes Region - Great videos rebuilding that demolished 700. My guess is $16, 251 (plus tax) and even at double this amount it is a bargain. You can also do a pool on how long before the logger trash the machine again!
Great vid from start to finish, I would say the cost around $37,5575 plus tax. It was a total wreck before you and your team plied their magic. As I have said before, wish when I worked at IH that I had of had a team of work mates who had the same balance of humour and drive as your great bunch (plus Keven) have. Always send the young ones into the hole when working on transmissions on tracked vehicles, more agile than us oldies. Keep up the good work and keep safe.
Now that was a hard job to do, but they definitely brought it to the right place for repairing! Had to laugh about the windshield wiper, and door glass reinstall might last a week, don't ask me how I might know. LOL Y'all do an excellent job on whatever your doing, and much attention to detail for sure! I am going to guess out the door charge of $21,275.00. 👍
$19,748 for repairs. Great video! You and Kevin make a great comedy team, sort of like a modern Abbot and Costello. Your one liners and inside jokes prove that you must have lots of fun in the shop. Carry on gentlemen!
Love the channel and videos ! I couldn’t believe the amount of damage they caused hopefully lesson learned but probably not haha. My guess is $28,550. Keep up the great work guys.
Man what a big job getting everything fixed. And the amount of time it took to get a few parts in is unbelievable. Have never seen a winch taken apart before. Didn’t realize there were that many components inside them. Wow!
Nice job as usual. Have to say I was very surprised to see the use of a plastic pump drive. Must work because it was still in one piece after other things gave it up.
Hi from uk guys 👋 👍 finally the loggers can get back to logging with the beast rather than piggy backing logs up hill 🤣 and the unused shovel behind cab wasn't for cleaning tracks out it was for digging themselves out the s**t with the boss and was put there for safe keeping 👌 lol good job on driveshaft and I take it nothing leaked past niagara cos you couldn't see🤣 and my guess for bill be at around $28k all in parts labour in and out of house and vat and thanks for supplying a waft of air con for lads Mrs C&C 👌🤣 thanks for your time be safe and see you soon 👍 👋
They don't want any one to having a pit here in NY. One fella incorporated a hillside in his garage for busses ect. He drives the vehicle in on wide gurders held up by I beams. No fume build up , easy to clean, pretty ingenious. Great video.
Another great job, really impressed with the quality of work you guys do. I had a feeling when you made good with DP on his 850 he purchased from you, that you guys did good work.. We used to make all our own drive shafts for our Dirt Modifieds, before we started buying them from Fast Shafts, was always interesting and fun. I own a machine Shop, so we would lay them out on the granite table and tack them, to make to make sure they were as parallel as possible. If it wasn't, you'd feel it at 8000 rpm...lol My guess, $28,750.
lol did poor Kevin get shocked at 18min 40 off the battery when he went in with the wrench lmao.. that hurts that does ... 24v with the hydraulic oil conductor playing hehe. nice work in getting the 700 back running though. it's another job to tick off the board! Thanks for sharing as always Clint
13,127 dollars for repair. Love your videos. Keep up the good work. I work at Manitowoc crane in assembly for many years. I like videos like yours. And dirt perfect when he is doing repair and maintenance work.
Great work, gentlemen! Another very interesting video! Amazing how the guys (engineers) who design engines, hydro equipment and placement of all parts, don't seem to be the ones actually working on the assembled unit... kinda like my truck! Thanks for your efforts, still finding older videos to view! Be well, be safe!
+C&C Equipment: Another great video, guys! 👍 Them loggers did a _bang-up_ job on the dozer. Really good work on the drive shaft! AND--- you got the standard You Tube 'thumbs-up'! How's 'bout them _apples_ ? As far as the repair bill is concerned, the SWAG is: *$14,444.44* - give or take a few $/quid either way. Let us know what we won?!?
38,345.00 dollars. There was alot of Stuff tore up. Plus all the Labor You and Your Guys had tied up in it. And I may still be way low..Great job and Video...
The communication with this task is absolutely perfect setting that in. I wonder how many actual cuss words have been said though lol A little idea for weld positioner/rotater, could strip old welding leads and wrap the copper wiring loosely to allow for it to rotate nicely which in turn allows it to be grounded to the work piece

It never ceases to amaze me how 'just a touch' is a really accurate measurement in a world full of millimetres and fractions of an inch.
"It's like an armpit out here" best shop quote ever!!! Give that man a trophy 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
Lol

Nice to see the young guns turning wrenches and busting knuckles!
Those logging boys are dangerous boys. That 700j is a complete mess...tore up and filthy!
Log guys are money when it comes to fixing things.
Very Good Job My Friend ❤❤❤❤❤
You guys are patient, I would have taken a sling fit, you guys know what I’m saying, great job and thank you for your videos.
Very interesting, Kevin and tucker are good help, out standing goffers

That's a great idea!
I have a small Harbor freight chain come a long that is very handy for jobs like this.
Hunter: no this is Kevin right here. Classic shop talk.
Superb camera footage !!! I was "helping" put the pumps in - hope you noticed. Excellent job of repairs. Thank you
lol
thanks

You made that shaft making look easy and the best weld I've seen Well Done Guys Always a joy to watch
thanks
@BFTtheTRUTH I'm not going to comment. I won't touch that with a 10 ft pole 😆😆
Good one!
They needed to suspend the shaft between centers and use a dial indicator to verify they were straight, then weld. And if you act quickly, you can use a soaking wet rag to shrink any high spots and get them to indicate perfect
Bill for repair $9899.00. Thanks for another great video!

32,500 the high cost of cowboys. My ribs hurt just watching the mounting of the parts. I still want Kevin on my team.
You guys deserve a medal

My toolbox consists of a large number of custom modified tools. Cut, bent, ground upon, and even welded wrenches and sockets to make my life easier.
Yep
Great job so cool to see something that wasted back to working cost 51,001.00

Clever editing on my part on the cuss words lol
My repair cost guess is $29,500. JD parts are not cheap as is pump rebuilds.
Great job on reassemble to all of crew.
35000 part's and labor. Great video
