Wiring in a 2012 Mini Cooper panoramic sunroof using a 2006 motor and switch.

This is in a bagged and body dropped Nissan Pathfinder and I used parts from a junk Mini Cooper and ebay parts for a 2006 roof motor.

Mine stays powered on for 30 min and then stops working until I unplug the battery and then plug it back up do u have any suggestions

Have you figured it out? I'm having the same issue. But I do have 2 wires I can't figure out what to do with.
