Quick Icicle Inn Elena Punch Skip Tutorial

Saves about 16 seconds, free
I believe it was Brutalspeed that found it was possible to use doors for paralyze dodges but it was never utilized here until now.
Bounced some ideas from RJTheDestroyer to optimize it a little further and maybe a few others I am forgetting at this moment.

In what % i.e. 10% to 100% with golden saucer area ?
