  • In this video, we will explore a quick series of drills to help strengthen and improve your shoulders in just a few minutes.
    Due to our constant work on computers and phones and the popularity of gym exercises that emphasize shoulder flexion, most adults tend to struggle with shoulder extension strength and flexibility. This poor or decreased capacity for shoulder extension can lead to aches and pains as well as limitations in athletic performance.

    Instructions for extensor isometrics
    Incorporating different head and arm movements for variety

    I am so glad I found z-health!
    Thank you so much for sharing this content!
    I am not a coach or a trainer or anything like that. I have been through many physical therapy sessions and many other therapy sessions but never got anything like this.
    In Switzerland I could find people who learned from you. But when you have chronic pain and lose your job, you don't have enough money to learn from them. So, to take for example a personal trainer who studies and practices your concept. In Switzerland you can get physio from the health insurance, but no therapy based on your concept. Unfortunately, the health insurance does not pay for that at the moment.
    So I was looking for a neural change, because chronic pain is known to change the body map (homunculus).
    I am convinced that your work will change my life! I wish you all the best!
    And thank you for sharing your work with people who don't have enough money to get it from a coach.

    Really interesting exercise. When you are pushing the stick together are you working the protracting muscles of the scapula?

    Will This work with an EZ Curl Barbell?

      Yes absolutely. The only issue is the weight of the EZ Curl might be too much for some people. As our athletes get stronger we usually progress to using a bar of some kind or adding light bands to the dowel. Let us know how it goes!
