For autoresolve remembering modifier for it can be really useful if going to be used quite often for the slog of this campaign. Those modifier can make draws into total victory or total victory into major or less. For example no inf if i remember correctly have -1 modifier. I often autoresolve when attacking backline unit with draws or minor victory in pre battle tab and getting total victory in the autoresolve anyway.
I just started this game, and seriously.... this timing is absolulely perfect. Cant wait to delve into this and really pick up on some tips n tricks to improve at such a fun game. Broken Arrow opened a whole new door, and I am so here for it.
So much unnecessary losses on that last battle. Vulcan somehow tries to shrug it off but those Abrams and Bradleys popping so early in the campaign has gotta hurt. He had good position secured, positive bleed on conquest points, decent anti-air, good space to maneuver, and somewhat stable supply/reinforcement line. Logical thing to do was hunker down, do probing attacks, build up combined armor at rear, wait for a big push, make them stumble on that big push, then punish by pushing back harder. However, we see his though process at 1:08:33 (and I agree lol) so we really can't blame him Lmao.
I earnestly think that you are a genuinely good player EXCPET for being able to utilize your artillery. Whenever I hear you reply to someones comment regarding artillery use I never get convinced that you just genuinely forget it in the moment and don't really think about it for anything except occasionally as a counter battery asset.
the reason the units for US battalions are like that is because US doctrine is based on the brigade combat teams so each battalion of the brigade has a specialized role and are meant to work together like a mini division while the soviet and now russian forces combat doctrine is based on the battalion tactical group which is like the US doctrine but on a smaller scale to encompass single battalions.
That's true, but both those doctrines are based in the early 2000's. Neither organizational structure was in use in the 1980's. (Look up AirLand Battle and Soviet structures)
I don't think I'll ever finish this one. After playing 3ish hours as warsaw and still being on Nato's first turn, I realized just dont have the time unless I want to pick away at over months.
Once the first turn is over it goes a little bit faster. NATO's first turn when I first played it took 4:30 hours due to several battles with broken formations. Once you properly align your battalions after NATO's turn they tend to do less attacks and when they do you have a proper formation to beat them quickly.
Sending down this 2-64 Battalion was a bad decision. Altough West german Panzergrenadiers sufferd serious losses, they are still strong enough to face east german mechanized formations. They could have slowly retreat down to Wurzburg, awaiting for fresh troops of 1st Armored Division. Those Abramses will be much more needed up north fighting soviet T-80s rather than german T-55s. And as you can see, fighting 57th Guards Division will be a bloddy affair. 3rd US Infantry Division can easliy lost its steam with growing losses and fatigue. Meanwhile 12th Panzerdivision face much weaker opponent with many isolated formations and soon will be followed by fresh american armor.
Is unfortunate the map has so few plane formations. The most fun I've been having in warno is leaving the AI do the ground beating and just control a few recon units plus planes supporting the AI.
@VulcanHDGaming Well, Eugen is many things, but perfectly good at naming stuff doesn't seem to be one of them. A quick Google says the 64th Armored Regiment definitely existed, and as with all US Army period battalion its second Battalion written 2-64th. The unit was also attached to 1st brigade, 3rd infantry, which I think seems accurately modeled here at least
@@VulcanHDGaming US battalion naming is a little odd. The numbers refer to their "historic" roots of whatever regiment they were first formed. (in WW2, in 64th Armored Regiment's case). But by the 1980's, those regiments no longer exist as combat units. Instead, the battalions are assigned to brigades/divisions with other battalions, most of whom may also have different regiment names (or may be sequential numbers from the same historical regiment). So 2-64th Armored would be part of 1st Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division, along with its sister battalions...but there would be no actual 64th Armored Regiment. In service, it would be called "2-64th Armored". Or put another way, it is just a family name, not where it "works".
@@The_Archmagos To really get technical, proper naming would be either "2-64 Armor" or "2nd Battalion, 64th Armored Regiment". Saying "2-64th" is a bit of a misconception
@@texoschannel4907BA is mostly focused on 4+ players teams fighting each other, that demands a bigger map than the normal 2v2 or 3v3 that are more common in warno, however, pick the 4v4 or 10v10 maps and they are overwhelmingly huge. Also, unit density helps with the feeling of having more space in Broken Arrow that has a specially low unit density.

Grab the popcorn fellas
slim slices of kartofel from the oil fryer is fine?
14:34 those UAZ and Iltis drivers probably silently agreed that neither saw each other
Being at almost 100k in such a niche community is quite the accomplishment!
Last time I was this early, I was a Russian ballistic warning system that erroneously thought a flock of birds was a US pre-emptive strike!
Damn😂
So you never arrived?

love how you picked up the fire at position skill from broken arrow!

I just finished this campaign in a draw like 2 days ago, you have immaculate timing GOOD SIR
Dude you need to do the second installment... I'm on the edge of my seat.
Me: Mom can we get Broken Arrow?
Mom: We have Broken Arrow at home. ^
Holy that mlrs was supper effective haha

You are correct, use of artillery is probably my weakest point. A lot of replying to people though is do as I say, not as I do haha.
FINALLY. Yes the last campaign 😊
1h 16 minutes?
Hells yeah
Lets gooooo, finaly another campain!!!

Yooo this campaign is gonna be epic. Love the content. Cheers from Estonia

Super excited for this

Ok 39 seconds i have to watch this series
hoooo boy! here we go!
Note on the names, but 2-64th refers to 2nd Battalion, 64th Armo(u)red Regiment under the US version of a 'regimental' system
@@The_Archmagos It says 64th Armoured Battalion though?

has AI gotten smarter by like a patch or something? Seems they react differently than before , at least in like overall map tactics
I feel like you may have to go for some autoresolves when you suspect the ai may not bring everything for this one.
Love the videos
Finally!
Around 36:00 what is the purple line order???
telling the supply truck to go there and fix the leopard
Yay long video
Major Moggtana
havent seen a wiesel in your videos, are they not in the game?
The maps are so tiny after playing Broken Arrow :)
cause warno is bigger and have more unit in the map.
@ no, it’s because the maps are smaller in Warno

2nd battle the PACT be like " WHAT IS GOING ON? WHY WE SEE LEOPARDS EVERYWHERE?"
The NATO be like " is this open ground? Blitzgrieg it is then"
:D
Honest is not most anticipating, BROKEN ARROW is most anticipating .... I uninstal warno wen I play Broken Arrow.
Best reinstall Warno then
@@VulcanHDGaming No point man, when you compare the gap is ridiculos.
