Thank you for this! I would be interested in 2 things based on your video: 1. Any tips/tricks, etc. for keeping clients while on maternity leave, how you transition to maternity leave, what happens with existing clients / do you partner with a different therapist or referrals, etc. & 2. Video / training on how to work with LGBTQI+ community who identify as Christian. This is not my niche but I do have clients in this area and sometimes I feel at a loss for how to help in that specific area. Thanks! :)

I love your second question! I have been on the hunt for more formal trainings on the topic. There is such a need!

I started out on my own thinking I would have a certain niche and ended up not enjoying it as much as I thought I would and was kinda given a niche by those who ended up seeking me out and I really enjoy this niche that I never even thought about. I filled my practice in a matter of a few weeks rather than the months that I thought it would take. And I don’t even have a website yet. It’s def next on the list for the new year and I’ll be checking out your course for sure!

This is fascinating! I've been watching your videos for a few months and I hadn't even pieced together that you were a kindred spirit of similar faith. I am a life coach and I offer coaching rather than therapy but this is my niche! I call it those on the Fringes of Faith haha. I wasn't expecting that and it was really neat to come across this video. No wonder you content was feeling so aligned! Thanks for sharing :)

This is very helpful, and congratulations on your changes! I'm curious if there are any trainings you recommend for serving people who have been marginalized by the church?

Thanks this is helpful!!! I’m going through this after I was sick with covid in July and still rebuilding it again. I work two part time jobs in this field. I want to change my niche. I think it’s been two years since I updated psychology today.

This will be part of my niche as well. Additionally teens who have this experience of being marginalized by religion or something similar.

Again, another excellent video. Thank you! And thank you for your good work with the LGBTQ+ population. What a gift that is to this population!

When I very first make a new website, it takes a long time. Probably a couple of months even with weekly blogging. But this go around it happened in a matter of days. There must be lingering SEO power!
