    The latch design on this gimbal makes the whole setup so effortless!

    By far the best tutorial on the Weebill Lab. And you’re the only one who shows how to use the quick release. I have to use one at work and there were no instructions, so your tutorial is a life saver. Thank you! My only wish is that the voice audio during narration was louder and the music less loud. Other than that, great video!

    Actually finally was able to balance my Canon EOS R with this video. Watched a few others first, but this one did the trick. Thanks!

      PS in case anyone else with an EOS R put there...tried with the new 35mm RF lens and never got it perfectly balanced. Possibly could do in a pinch, though. The 40mm STM pancake lens with the EOS R lens adapter was the one that did the trick - perfect balance!

    • @erwnalejo
      @erwnalejo  5 лет назад

      its mdma hey bro! Sorry for the late reply. What lens combo are you using with your d7100? And is the d7100 body within the gimbal’s payload? Also, have you tried increasing the gimbal’s motor intensity to medium or high?

    Can I use a monitor instead of a smartphone on the Weebill Lab?

    • @erwnalejo
      @erwnalejo  5 лет назад

      the okizen company yes you can just like any other gimbals. Although you wont be able to make use of the viatouch control interface and the built in wireless imahe transmission on the weebill lab.

    How do you find the footage? If i set the motors to medium the footage is shaky, if the motors are set to high the footage is ok but in certain positions the whole thing starts to judder! I think with this camera (a6000) it has to be positioned so far across it allows some wobble. Interested to see if you are having the same issue?

    • @erwnalejo
      @erwnalejo  5 лет назад

      D uerth hey! Sorry for the late reply! I have found the same issue with mine during my extensive use of the gimbal. I find that some footages are shaky at medium but less when set to high. I found that how you move with the gimbal is a factor as well even if the camera is well within the gimbal’s payload. I have tried the zhiyun crane 3 myself with my a6300 and even that is a heavy duty gimbal i still get shaky footages if I do not adjust my walking/movement with respect to the gimbal. Although, with enough practice I seem to thnk you’ll get how to pace yourself with the gimbal while framing your shots. Also, this is where 60fps becomes really handy and some post warping tool in premiere. I hope this helps my friend! 👍🏻

    Should get a better mic and dont have the music too loud since it was hard hearing you over the music. But thanks for the help of the video.

    Nice. But im still having problem balancing it for my fuji xt20 and 16mm f1.4 Seems like the pan axis motor having problem turning during vortex mode. Other modes is sweet though.

    • @erwnalejo
      @erwnalejo  5 лет назад +1

      Mohammad aidiL Rashid hey! Really? That’s weird the xt20 doesn’t seem to be more than the payload the weebill lab can handle. Did you have any issues balancing the tilt and roll axis though?

    • @strymeek
      @strymeek 5 лет назад +1

      @@erwnalejo hey man thanks for replying. Maybe its a balancing issue. Tilt and roll axis seems sweet. Not jitters at all just that im having problem with the vortex mode. I can do it pointing up or down but when holding it horizontal. The motor unable to do a full 360 turn. Just 90degree and it will give up.

    • @erwnalejo
      @erwnalejo  5 лет назад

      Mohammad aidiL Rashid no problem! Hmm did you try setting the gimbal motor to high make sure it will benrunning at its full capability? And do you know how to get to vortex mode? Because i had the same issue before and only to find out i had to press the trigger for follow mode 3 times to engage the vortex mode.

    • @strymeek
      @strymeek 5 лет назад +1

      @@erwnalejo yup. Vortex mode surely activated. One thing is that the xt20 tripod mount is offcentre. That might be an issue too. Need to find baseplate

    • @erwnalejo
      @erwnalejo  5 лет назад +1

      Mohammad aidiL Rashid oh good point! I have had the same issue before. I had to make sure the plate was tightened well so to not have the camera spining around.
