Dreamcast Web Browser 2 0 Screensaver

I'll always love screensavers, and the ones for the many versions of the Dreamcast web browser by PlanetWeb are no exception! So why not archive those?
The Dreamcast Web Browser screensaver would consist of elements from the UI (Specifically the Command Cluster) moving around. I hear there are other animations besides the elements zooming in and floating away, but that's for another day.
