Kaiseki Sanga, Las Vegas $400 Kaiseki meal

Kaiseki Sanga in Las Vegas, Nevada. $250 per person, add $85 for sake pairing or $150 for premium sake pairing (which is what I had). Delicious traditional multi-course Japanese dinner. We loved watching the chefs prepare the meals. It was so nice to have such a wonderful and knowledgeable host explain each course. We also loved the premium sake pairing.
