I have never owned a physical game or console in my life, i grew up playing pirated versions of the old gta games on my family's potato pc, now im saving up for a ps5 and a physical collector's edition of gta 6

@virusdumb, trust me you are not the only :D, i used to grow up as well by same way and never owned a single GTA or most of games physically, minus some small PC magazine games like alpha zylon (probably no one even heard of it haha).

In my childhood i had a lot of pirated versions of games on disks (gta sa with 8 modifications was one of them, or games like sonic heroes, madagascar, and etc. in one disk), but sometimes i was getting real licensed versions of games with key in it. Not that many, but still. But since then i think I haven't bought any physical copies of games, only digital versions. I would like to have something like in the video for some gta or something else, but idk.

Man i love that video, been waiting ages to see such educational videos on GTA series. Im really hoping you are motivated to continue and do the same with GTA 3 and so on. I have almost all cover variations and version of them and would want to hear their story etc :D.
I wanna know why they decided to use a certain cover on French PC GTA III version and then reuse same on PS2 in DE. But release the german PC version with same artwork as US but not for PS2 :D was kinda bummer for me.

It takes also time and knowledge to find so much info to be fitted in only 5 mins. I would tho like to hear more if you include about trilogy controversy eventually, currently i see an ocean of NTSC copies but barely some PAL copies complete or sealed are non existent. (PS2)
