Held the call button first and then the ok button for approximately 10 seconds and that menu popped up. Thanks for the advice!

You don't need to press the end call button.
Turn the key to on position. Press the answer call button and then the okay button. If you press the answer call button & okay button simultaneously it will still work.

Make sure you're not pressing the ok button first

Turn the key one click forward , make sure it’s in the odometer display , and the hold the call button and okay button at the same time
