I briefly go through what exactly is needed to wire up an a/c system on a 99-00 civic k series swap car.

Some major key steps into installing a k20z3 into a 1992-1995 honda civic. Not all steps are covered in this video. My intentions are to help anyone seeking help in doing a swap like this.

Very easy to do. Make sure your on trip A before pressing and holding down the button and turning the key to accessory on position.

2014 e550. Can’t get it to work.
I rented that tool but one of the bolts broke off, tried to extract it but with no luck, any ideas??
Held the call button first and then the ok button for approximately 10 seconds and that menu popped up. Thanks for the advice!

You don't need to press the end call button. Turn the key to on position. Press the answer call button and then the okay button. If you press the answer call button & okay button simultaneously it will still work.
Was anything holding the fly wheel in the back?
Nothing was
What made you replace the pump? Did you have issues?
Yes, started making noise and decided to replace it
Any issues with the conversion harness?
What size belt did you use?
You should of made a video replacing the power steering pump.
Were you able to use the stock headers from the k20z3?
No. I used plm k swap header.
Didn't work on my 2014 e350

Make sure you're not pressing the ok button first
Turn the key one click forward , make sure it’s in the odometer display , and the hold the call button and okay button at the same time

What exactly do you need help with as in the wiring. Will be making a new video in a few weeks on another k swap honda and will explain more in depth on the wiring
@Nv Performance, did you have any issues with how gears went it? Everyone has been telling me I’m going to have issues because supposedly z3 gears are upside down or something like that but I haven’t been able to find nothing on it.

No you dont have switch selectors at all
What axles did you use? Please help! Doing a Z3 swap and EP3/RSX base axles are to short. I’ve tried Auto zone and NAPA brands
That is super weird bro. I used base model axles and they worked perfect
@@nvperformance dang! Yea that’s what other people are saying. Everyone just states that it’s “weird” they don’t work. But passenger side, for sure to short by a 1/2 inch.
Will the z3 harness work?
I used an 02 type s harness.

Hey man I’m doing a z3 as well did you have the issue of your oil pan being so low to the floor? My car is still on stock suspension so when I lower it it’s for sure gunna be too low.
Yes bro! The pan did sit very low. I raised the car up. This was my buddies car.

What harness u running on k20z3? I'm doing full k20z3 swap too but people say i gonna run into problems with speed sensor. N gear select

Honestly, the thermostat that came with it ended up failing. Seal is holding up so far

@@andrewilliams6124 i used a 02 acura rsx type s harness with the ktuned vss converter for the vss.
