However, the young male college student was fooling himself into believing that Parker did not answer his question.
Just by his body language alone he got up from the table feeling he had triumphed over the Christian adversary who sat in front of him.
Sad to say if there was an attack on the Christian Faith, it was solely in the mind of the college student.

God laughs at the wicked for He knows their end. For those who remain proud, rebellious, and rejecting Jesus Christ, they will have their place in the lake of fire. May they humble themselves before Christ Jesus.

I just turned 36 years old and I have been living with stage 4 colorectal cancer. My normal has been stripped from me. The only thing that hasn't, has been my love and belief of God. As u get close to the end you will rely on God over your college degree. Don't ever take life for granted, bc perfection can not be appreciated without imperfection making life incredibly valuable.

God's love is the only real love, and He loves even those who hate Him.

The Book of Genesis clearly states that Adam's sin had brought instant spiritual death and separation from God, and the soil was cursed to be laboursome to work, and to produce thistles and thorns. All of Creation was vegetarian, until the sinfall. Through Adam, death, and thus violence and carnivory, and sin as a whole entered the world. See Genesis 2:4-25 and Genesis 3:6-19. Humans were made to be stewards of a perfect Earth, where death was not yet present and no thing was killed for food, which changed, when Adam sinned.

@@fbomb7184 We KNOW from fossil findings that mammals existed since 225 million years and humans (homo sapiens) existed since 300k years.
We also know from fossil findings, that animals were suffering and dying back in that time, e.g. buried in rockfall, drowned, stuck in rock crevices and died, eaten alive, died in horrible fights, etc etc.
So humans sin is NOT the cause of suffer and death on this Earth, it existed before us.
The biblical narrative is profoundly wrong here.

Candace Owens, Charlie Kirk or Brandon Tatum in my opinion can get too lost in politics. And be deceived look at Candace she’s recently promoted Kanye’s new album. When she said everyone supporting or making korn should be publicly shamed. She shames women but supports Andrew Tate and Kanye. She is being led away without realizing it. I can see the Holy Spirit more in Charlie when he speaks of Christ and I think it’s awesome that he read Ray Comfort’s book. I pray the lord will open his eyes to the deception of the enemy. I have watched SO MANY of Ray Comfort’s videos and have noticed that the same thing happens almost EVERY time after he asks people if they would use their mother’s name as a curse word. After they answer “no”, and he adds that they have taken the holy Name of the God Who gave them a mother, 99% of the time they lose their smile and are immediately sobered. It’s a wonderful thing to see, because it means they have at least some respect for our Heavenly Father.

We humans exist since 300k years , we have good religious testimonies and artifacts since 45 k years ago, we have scripture since 5000 years go.

Look up refutations of Gnosticism, the cosmic scope of the fall, read Romans 8, look up “theodicy” and see what Christian thinkers have said on this topic. Read Cornelius G. Hunter’s book on Darwin’s God and the problem of evil. Usually, it is more beneficial for yourself intellectually to research and challenge your own beliefs than to copy and paste millennium-old talking points thinking they are novel challenges to believers.

@@Pro-j4q You are comitting a few temporal mistakes. The Bible doesn't specify the time gap between God creating the animals and the human beings. So the animal suffering and the sin that is the cause of natural suffering might not be too separated as You thing. But you are forgeting that sin existed long before human beings. Because the devil and the fallen angels sinned before Adam and Eve. What is the consequence of that sin? The Bible doesn't say. So your mixing of paleonthology, geology and theology isn't correct and doesn't point to a valid mistake in the Bible.

As a Catholic, I'd like to clear up that not every Catholic thinks Christ's crucifixion is an example. Rather, I think, as they are lost, they have misinformation about what it truly is. I go to a Catholic school and my parents and teachers have taught us that Christ died 'in atonement for our sins and of the whole world' (from the Divine Mercy Chaplet). All my Catholic peers or friends from non-Catholic schools believe the same way too. So we aren't being taught that the Crucifixion is an example, these people just think so after detaching themselves from the faith and the relationship with the Lord. Does that make sense? I tried to word it as best as possible, I'm sorry if that was badly answered 😅
@@cosbit_ As a Protestant, I'd say that without faith in such atonement, there is none, and certainly not for the whole world, but point taken. :) It's kind of astonishing how often I've seen Catholics (practicing and otherwise) use that word though. It's like the NAR people and "anointing" or the word of faith people and "believing on...".

While I agree with you, that student broke the rules of the debate, so Charlie was justified in trying to get back on track. In more open forums he’s very ready to discuss such topics and convincingly so.
But we don’t battle against flesh and mortals alone - we fight a spiritual fight. I think Christians should ALWAYS have the Gospel ready on their holster; there is never a bad time to defend Christ and His bride. Ultimately, we need to lead our youth to that point, because that’s all that matters. We can argue politics and school all day, but nothing will change unless we get to Christ and that choice to follow Him.
Once a young person has Him, then everything else falls into place.

If the world is imperfect, then at what point in time did it break from perfection? In an evolutionary framework the concept of perfect/imperfect doesn't exist, in fact the world is at its most perfect now then it ever has been in history.

I love you Ray, and have followed you for years, but respectfully not many people know what they would say to a question when they are put on the spot, and it's easy to say what you would say, when you have the benefit of watching it back , and all the time to think.
However, Charlie Kirk has a lot of 'on the spot' moments. That's what he does for a living, so he's very experienced in the quick answers regarding culture, politics, history... What he wasn't prepared for was to give a gospel message, and I agree with Ray that that's of ultimate importance, so it would have been beneficial if Charlie had prepared for that opening.

The young man debating with Mr Kirk said he didn’t answer his questions. He lied. Just because you claim something invalid in a debate doesn’t make you the winner. He’s lost in life. He needs a savior and shut his heart and ears off from hearing the message. What a poor, ignorant, lost soul. I pray he comes to love Jesus. Good response Ray. And there’s a simple answer to that guys question how can there be a perfect being while we live in an imperfect world. Simple when created the world it was perfect but then humans aka Adam and Eve changed and here we are. God didn’t want this to happen he told them not to eat the tree and that they would die. But God gave them free will to follow his command or ignore it and make their own. He didn’t want to force them to choose he let them choose like a test to see if they would trust him. This is very much true, and I would love to have seen Charlie defend the faith, but you have to understand that this wasn't the premise of the video. I love that Charlie offered another time for theological discussion because as you stated the purpose of the video was to see if 25 liberal college students could outsmart 1 conservative. Now the questions Parker asked weren't relevant to the discussion, because it was never the topic. And if Charlie had gone down that road would've diminished the purpose of the video and had nothing to do with the question. What I love about what Charlie did was that he affirmed his faith in Jesus in the midst of this crowd, because sometimes the biggest impact on people doesn't come always come from words but by faith and standing firm on the Gospel

Of course, there may have been time for Charlie the preach the Gospel to Parker afterward. But assuming that you have watched the full video, you know what the timer and red flags mean. So, if Charlie would've continued on, he wouldn't have been keeping his word or premise for the video he was trying to create. This is why I stated I loved that Charlie offered a different time; it is true that as believers we should preach the Gospel, but if we don't have enough time or energy to fully preach and sit down with someone to walk with them through it and hear their thoughts it may not be beneficial. Of course, there are and will be exceptions.
Higher education should not be a scam. It should be more affordable and accessible. Not all countries want their citizens to be ignorant.
