This will be down to personal preference but I have a potential helpful thing... I switched from PC to console (since my laptop overheats easily) and I was kind of shocked at how bad the default controls were especially for Mercy and Moira, so I did a lot of adjusting to make the controls more fluid like on PC and it could help, although it will take some getting used to. For Moira, it's pretty simple, I bound jump to Left Bumper. The reason being you need to be able to jump and turn left / right sticks while using Fade to turn corners sharply with the fast speed and fine control, which doesn't gel well with needing to let go of the stick to press A. I have Fade on Left Trigger, Jump Left Bumper, and then I move Orb to right stick click, and Grasp/Healspray are right bumper and right trigger. With that set up I can Fade, move, turn and jump without ever letting go of the analogue sticks. For Mercy... her GA movement is paramount. So I have Left Trigger Crouch, Left Bumper Jump. Right Bumper Damage Boost. Right Trigger Heal Beam. And for Guardian Angel I click in the right stick to leap to whoever I'm aiming at. So I don't need to let go of any of the sticks to slingshot around or glide etc. You need to play Mercy with your index fingers and middle fingers both resting on the triggers though at all times to instantly switch between jump/crouch and heal/boost. For Moira if you're already so used to your original control scheme it might not help that much (though it is handy for good Fade control) but I would highly recommend this control scheme for Mercy. Being able to control your air movement (jump/crouch) without letting go of the right stick makes her so much more fluid to control IMO and you can rival PC players in everything except blaster accuracy I think. Just thought I'd share my control scheme in case you want to experiment with it and see if it might work for you. As I say it'll take some getting used to but it's the best I can find to emulate the IMO far superior controls on PC. I move Melee to B, Res to X, and Switch Weapon to A (also I have Ping on Left Stick Click so I can quickly ping anything I'm looking at without letting go of the sticks, so if a Reaper teleports in behind us etc. my team immediately is informed, but then with Left Stick taken, I move Interact to Up on the DPad since you rarely use that.) You can move Reload to whatever DPad input you like since you don't need to reload with Mercy much really, and in Valkyrie form especially since you have unlimited ammo.
