In the past versions of loopify(with the old look), there was a button in input effects called "monitor", which enabled you to hear everything coming from your microphone, including the stutter effect. Is there a way to do that on your version, because I tried everything but nothing works?

it's located right next to Tempo, you just need to click on the headphone icon !!
