Rarity's most important lesson

- Where does Rarity grow the most as a character?
In my fourth video, I take a look at Rarity's motivations and her struggles. Rarity has actually grown on me a lot since I started watching MLP, and I'm hoping that other people can see why. This video took me two days and 8+ hours to make, which actually puts my total at over 40 hours of work if I put all my videos together. Wow....
The response I have received since starting these projects continues to impress me. After only a week of uploading a video to my channel, I now have over 300 subscribers and 10,000 views. Thank you kindly to everyone who continues to motivate me into making more.
All characters and images belong to Hasbro.
Not really...Generosity is and always has been part of Rarity's character. It'll be pointless and downright unrealistic (as far as this shows goes) if she or the rest of the Mane 6 never struggled with their element....unless you want a rehash of G3. Rarity probably had to struggle the most with her element which one of the reasons why many people like her. And If I had to describe how many times that Applejack betrayed her element in season one alone, I'll be here all day.
Personally Rarity has been my top favorite from the start
yeah I typically don't like the prissy, fashion-loving, drama queen character, yet rarity is actually my favourite of the mane six
Mine too
Good, but Rarity didn't want to manipulate Spike, you know how much she loves gems, and she can hardly hide her emotions so she lost herself in her thoughts.
***** Exactly, she did manipulate Spike, but what I said is that she didn't want to do it.
Discorded Brony I interpreted it like you did. Perhaps I'm sympathetic to it since I sometimes do it too.
The Sisterhooves Social episode really got to me because it made me realize the way I had been treating my niece, Camille was not exactly the best way. She and I were close for awhile, but then I started to get jealous of her and would even exclude her from things. When I saw this episode, it made me realize what a jerk I had been to her. She looked up to me and I pushed her aside. Now, our relationship has been rebuilt and is much better, thanks to this episode. :)
Even though this episode is a couple years old, it still makes me see Rarity in a good and different way. I also love Rarity in the season 1 episode A dog and pony show.
All of rarities eps are good but i love the moment when she dumps her hair in the trash to keep the secret of the surprise party. It was my introduction to her and it was set up so well. I instantly knew what kind of pony she was
I see rarity as a pony who has trouble seeing from other ponies points of view. Being autistic, I actually have a lot of trouble with that myself. (Long story short, part of an autistic person's brain doesn't work well - that part is common sense and understanding others) Rarity likes making others feel happy, and she loves being the one who causes that to happen, even if she doesn't go about it the usual way (like me) but on the other side, she can be seen as a selfish pony due to the fact she's generous on her terms, and is willing to compromise others (not WITH others, just compromise others) just to do what she believes as the right thing (*sigh* ... Like me...)
Is it the right or wrong way of thinking? Not at all! It's just a different way of thinking, and that's what makes her so unique. Each character has their faults, and that's what I like about the show in general.
Idk, that's just my opinion
I actually really like Rarity. There are many aspects of her that remind me of myself.
There's a Latin video which declares to Rarity as one of the most important female characters in the last years. 😄 🎉
According to the analysis, She's a deconstruction of two of the most common stereotypes in our culture: the endangered princes and the "Alfa bitch". 😮!!!!
In any other series, Rarity would be the antagonist who wants to shine over all and doesn't matters if she has to step over everybody, seduce, menace or make destructive critics about the others.
In MLP (by the other side) Rarity is a smart pony who tries to shine (with her style) and alternates between the two stereotypes to get the best in every situation. Although that, she has so much moments where she shows her big generosity helping to unknown ponys to improve their style, with advices and 1 or 2 free clothes.
I can't remember if it was in the analysis I saw, but I think Rarity uses her fashion as a way to create an art, to shine and (as you said, my dear Dr) to set a big business.
MLP has an incredible amount of impressive characters (it would be too long to list them) and Rarity is one of the best designed.
She's one of my favourites. Specially, with the results of her evolution shown in the latest seasons.
This is a GREAT sequence of posts, thank you Dr W. Stallionly tears were shed.
Dr. Wolf pretty well summed up my feelings toward Rarity as the show progressed. Though she and I are different in almost every way, shape, form, and fashion, she's still alright in my books. It's unlikely she'll ever be my favorite, but she’s still quite enjoyable, and she's (probably) not my least favorite.
She is definitely the biggest surprise in the show. While I cannot relate to her as much as others, I think she's the most interesting. I honestly did not pay as much attention to family issues than you did, but I think it's a valid point.
One of her talents is finding gems. She often expresses herself through using them in her dresses. So they are obviously very important to her. Imagine if someone had something rare and beautiful that was your passion - a daVinci, a Ferrari, the captain's chair from the bridge of the Enterprise, etc. - and they planned to destroy it. How would you react? Her natural appreciation for it certainly came across, and she implied how greatful she would be to have it. But that's different than begging.
She's biting her hoof because it pains her so much that she wants it. Like I said at the start, the look is just Rarity, that how she is when she sees something she likes, if in fact it may have been mostly because Spike has a crush on her, it was from his perspective after all.
My major problem with Rarity is something which is a mixture of both being insensitive and manipulative... In my opinion, Rarity's major flaw is that she is a bully... not the physical kind, but rather an emotional kind which will use guilt and pressure in order to get her way. She rarely is directly confronted with how this misbehavior is harmful, typically because after having gotten her way she comes to regret it later... Whether that be badgering her friends until she gets their initial reactions to her dresses for them, convincing Fluttershy to model for Photo Finish, getting Spike to give up his birthday gemstone to her, or getting Sweetie belle to leave her alone... Sisterhooves Social is the only instance of her even attempting to learn this lesson, which by the end of the episode she was already back to being argumentative with her sister to get her way until Spike intervenes with compromise.
I've always loved Rarity
You have gained so much respect from me. I love how high of a value you see family having, it's nice to know that not everyone hates their kin.
However, She doesn't always understand that how she says things and what she says can be manipulative. Which is why, I think, she was genuinely surprised to see Spike give her the gem. And she was genuinely grateful because she actually believes Spike wants to give it to her. Had she simply wanted to manipulate Spike not giving it to her, she would have never been so protective of it when a big bully wanted it. It was her symbol others could be very generous and she is going protect it.
That's exactly what I thought when I watched bronycurious' video about why Rarity is best pony :) She's still not the best to me, but I understand why she is for so many bronies now - she is actually an awesome character :)
I didn’t really like rarity but this video gave me a new look into her character
Maybe, if the premise was the same, they could've made Rarity appreciative of Spike's help (like how AJ was), but then he would have maybe destroyed a big dress project she was making and she would've decided that she had enough, and the ending would play out similar to how Spike At Your Service did.
I don't know. I just wish Rarity had more good moments in Season 3. (But in Games Ponies Play, I liked it when Dash hit the glass ceiling and Rarity was oblivious to it. That was her moment! XD)
I have watched the last episode. And everypony improved! I am so proud! They taught us so many things that makes us improve as well. In the last episode I was in awe when rarity can carry and levitate pinkie pie and save twilight levitating the boulder that was a character development I am so proud.!
After this past Sunday's episode, the emphasis on her getting better with her weaknesses is a much stronger point :)
I love how it turns into an epic sermon at the end of your videos.
My opinion of Rarity is exactly the same as my opinion of Candace from Phineas and Ferb. I hated her at first, but as time went on, I grew to respect her. Both characters are still at the bottom of my list of the favorite of the main cast, though.
Rarity sits near the bottom for me, still after her improvement. She was ranked 6th but moved up to five after sister hooves social. I find her personality a little grating and in sweet and elite part of her popularity and humor came from her insulting others. It rubs me the wrong way. Now she's a great character and I'd love to have her as a friend but those quirks keep her near the bottom for me.
+General Rendar what people don't understand in suite and elite is rarity's problem ISN'T as superficial as it first looks
I mean her friends weren't just being informal
their behavior when they joined the party was flat out EMBARRASSING to both rarity AND THEMSELVES
they were flinging dirt everywhere, and acting like complete CLOWNS
seeing rarity turn around and DEFEND them really speaks VOLUMES about how amazing she is
i honestly do like rarity but i don't really relate to her. yet if i lived in pony ville we could be friends. i agree with you that sister hoof social was rarity's biggest lesson. when i saw her uncover all that mud and realized she ran an obstacle race with her sister. i was truly proud of her, rarity isn't perfect but she does keep trying i can respect that.
Wow i cried when you said family and changing your ways of being you to be with family members thank you for making such great videos! YOUR THE BEST DRWOLF001
Thank you kindly for the encouraging words.
You are one of the best youtubers i hope i spelt that right :P
Yeah, I realize that I need to put spending time with MY little sister before playing video games. Thank you, Lauren Faust!
Rarity is an interesting character. Like you Dr. Wolf she's grown on me, but there are certainly things I still don't like about her. Ironically, even though she's the element of generosity, Rarity is comparatively the most selfish of the main characters. That's a paradox the I grapple with.
balance!
She is second best (for me, before Pinkie) but she is indeed the most beautiful and attractive. I never hated her or disliked her though.
Thanks.
I think you touched on a character that I already knew why I was starting to like more, but just didn't have the right words to describe that increasing favor.
...
I think I fumbled over my words just now.
Suited for success was the best. XD Its the best lesson. You will never be able to please everybody.
Forgive me if this comment seems naive, but I relate almost perfectly with Rarity, yes, I agree that Rarity can seem manipulating. But I think she genuinely doesn't mean to do it all the time. Secret of my Excess What we see is that Rarity is showing her deep appreciation for Spike's Beautiful Fire Ruby as an artist, as a gem collector and as yes, of course she wants it because she know's it's value.
She never decides that she wants the gem more than Spike does. Spike is disappointed to let it go but that doesn't mean he didn't think it was the right thing to do, he may not have wanted to do it, but he felt it was right. We all have to make sacrifices sometimes. And as you say, Rarity makes it worth it by kissing him.
I do like the review. Except one little detail u addded. Rarity in "Secret of my Excess" she did not try to charm her way to steal Spike fire ruby. As a girl i know this because i have just went totally squee over something i love and we can't always control it, we don't always think of it. If Rarity had realized what she was doing, she would have stopped. Its true she was a little thoughtless, but she did not try to charm her way to take it. She's not that selfish and greedy.
Actually I think this scene is what makes her likeable. She's real. This isn't just a cartoon character. If it were, there wouldn't be such nuance to the scene. It would be clear exactly what's going on. But in this case, it's open to interpretation. Personally, I see her somewhere in the middle. I don't think she set out to beg for Spike to give her the gem. Rather, she was just following her nature. Her cutie mark is gems. She got it by discovering a cache of gems. (cont)...
In Secret of my Excess she never asks Spike to give her the gem, she doesn't hold at all back in show how grateful he is when Spike gives it to her and Spike gives it up pretty quickly, it Spike hadn't given it up when he did, she probably would have just left it there. Sure she manipulates Spike a little to give it to her, but that's her charicter, it's not bad, that just who she is.
Rarity (Like many others in the show) Has really developed from her past!
As odd as it may be, I actually liked Rarity more when I first saw her with sweetie belle, because I then realized she reminded me of my step mom, and our relationship has been like theirs for a long while. I think rarity is a complex and interesting character, who is much like the people in my life. She's a perfectionist who tries to do the right thing but doesn't always knows how yet still tries to be patient and work well in the social standing. A hard thing to do considering her upbringing and social class but I still think she does it well and I can't wait to see her grow more although seeing more development from pinkie, flutter shy and dash would be nice

@@matthewcass3773 Here I am. Here to agree with a 4-year-old post.
i like rarity.................................
Dude, I have to ask. Are you a psychologist in real life? All of your analysis videos are well thought out and inspiring to watch! I learn so much from these videos. I'm recommending your channel to everyone on the Facebook Aspie Adults Group I'm part of. Your words will resound for them all!
Thank you kindly for the encouragement. And to answer your question, No, I am not a real Doctor. I just happen to be a very good listener whom others enjoy listening to.
DRWolf001 You should really consider getting a degree in psychology then. You seem to have a natural instinct for this, and you could really help a lot of people. I myself have Aspergers Syndrome, and so do several people I know. We often need help figuring out coping strategies and overcoming issues from our upbringing, but it's hard for us to find psychologists who understand our situation and how we differ from both neuro-typical people and those with Autism. Heck, even those who wrote the DSM-5 don't understand us, and labeled us all as Autistic. It can be really distressing and encouraging.
leshyaedawnfire Why don't you join our facebook group? Send me a PM with your FB info and I'll send you an invite.

I cannot relate much to Rarity but she is always enjoyable to watch.
I have two older siblings, but I cannot remember that I ever had fun with them, or that I ever cared for them. In fact they made my former live worse than it was already and so far there is nothing that would have payed off that time.
I always liked Rarity, and I really dislike Rainbow Dash.
Zach Baggit who saved Rarity's selfish ass in Sonic Rainboom?
BURN
But I like Rarity
Rarity is the worst. Dash is an inspiration.
I agree with BC and yourself that Rarity is one of the better-rounded characters in the show. Though she took awhile to grow on me and I still don't think she's best pony. But there's a lot of serious depth to her character, and Tabitha St. Germaine's vocal work is incredible. Plus Rarity has a tendency to over-dramatize situations, and that's always hilarious. But she really has grown quite a bit over the course of the show, which is more than can be said for everyone's favorite schizophrenic.
I have to disagree that Rarity manipulated Spike into giving away his precious fire ruby. She actually tried to restrain herself from asking for it and simply overstated how much she liked the ruby. Spike gave it to her because he realized that it matter more to her as a possession rather just a snack to him. And she didn't just forget his generous deed, she frequently brought up how much she genuinely appreciated him.
These were my feelings as well--I didn't like Rarity much when I first started watching. But she surprised me several times by breaking the cliche' stereotype.
another wonderful character analysis, keep it up.
Perhaps in Sweet and Elite, Rarity doesn't get in trouble with Twilight because Twilight knows how much it means to Rarity to get noticed by the Canterlot elite? And because of this, Twilight takes the high road and tells her that it's okay for her to go to the party that Fancypants was at. Maybe that's why Rarity learns not to forget where she came from, because the interests of the Canterlot can be fleeting, but her true friends will always be there and accept her for who she is.
This is why I prefer the other five becoming alicorns instead of the purple one........that particular character is A MARY SUE.
***** Yes I know what a Mary Sue and you also forgot that a mary sue is also someone who is OPd, loved by everyone and can do no wrong, sound like a certain purple unicorn??????????? TWILIGHT IS A MARY SUE AND SHOULD BE PUSHED TO THE BACKGROUND AND FORGOTTEN.
Ok, then explain to me why Celestia didn't PUNISH Twilight in both Lesson Zero and Magical Mystery Cure. Yes, in lesson zero, she wasn't in her right mind when she used the "I want it, I need it" spell, but that's no excuse, and if she's so good at magic, then why did she read Starswirl's spell without having any knowledge of what it would do????? Twilight was GIVEN WINGS FOR SCREWING WITH THE POPULATION OF PONYVILLE. She clearly can do no wrong which IS a characteristic of a Mary Sue. Another characteristic of one is someone who is friends with everyone.......sound familiar? And no, her lame, stupid title does not excuse her for that.
***** oh, so it makes it ok that twilight read a spell that switched her friends cutie marks and as a consequence, ponyville partly suffered for it? I say partly because since pinkie wasn't around, no one was happy. So making her friends lives MISERABLE is ok? And also, did you forget that a Mary Sue is also someone who is OPd? Look at the past two season and tell me if Twilight was OPd in some way.
In the mistakes part, no, but she is in the "loved by everyone, friends with everyone, and overpowered" part.
Agree
Yeah like I said, it was a hard thing to do, but he did it because he knew it was right.
She reminds me of the "unobtainable due to your status" types that manifest in girls once middle school starts, and its not what I tuned into a kids show to get reminded of is the majority case from IRL. But it is part of reality, just not one I root for when it's actively excluding me when trying to swoon them.
This reminds me of Fovever Filly, but instead of Rarity thinking about herself like in SS. In Fovever Filly she was thinking about her sister. Some people think that Rarity was thinking about herself in FF,but do you really think that a full grown mare wants to go to puppet shows? No. Rarity in FF was thinking about her sister, but she was thinking about her old sister.
Even though Pinkie Pie is my favorite pony, my personality matches Rarity the most.
I must say, the lesson that Rarity learned in Sisterhooves Social made me cry a bit when i first saw it. It still does.
Rarity is my favorite and you've summed her up well.
It's hard when one's family bullies them
But she didn't do that to make Spike give it to her, that's just who she is, she just naturally has this charm she turns on when she sees something she likes, and this is likely increased by Spike having a crush on her. Think about it, if her intention were for Spike to give it to her, would she have looked so stunned and been like "wow! I don't know what to say!" when he willingly hands it to her. Also it seemed to me like Spike preferred Rarity to have it.
Indeed. The writers found that they couldn't get the episode to work without dealing a heavy blow to Rarity's likability, so they reworked the whole thing into an Applejack episode instead.
And thus "Spike at Your Service" was born.
I have always liked Rarity. Her hair is exquisite.
Before I decided to actually watch the show, I was watching a bunch of character clips ("Best of Pinkie Pie" for example). I got a pretty good idea of all the characters, but Rarity seemed pretty shallow, but in an off way; I felt there _had_ to be more to her, so I dug a little deeper.
It was her interactions diamond dogs episode that made her one of my favorite ponies -- "THIS is whining: AAAWWWWOOOOHHH!"
You won't make me like Rarity, you won't make me like Rarity, you won't make me like Rarity........................ DAMNIT
The writers announced that Rarity will get her own episode in season 4. :)
Up until 'Rarity Takes Manehattan', I really didn't like Rarity either as a person (pony?) or as a character. I mean, she has her reasons for some of the things she does, but some others are plain selfishness and I think it's terrible to see her get away with them, be rewarded for them, or otherwise have them be cast in any kind of good light. Largely because of what this says about her and her world, and to a lesser extent because of the message this sends to the show's target audience. The episode with her trying to imitate Applejack also ruins what little regard I had for her because it indicates a regression of her development as a character.

Matthew cass I think Rarity's problem with the "upper class" is the same as the majority of unicorns': they strive for the bad stereotype, and Celestia is having none of it. Consider how Twilight acts despite being raised in Canterlot and personally tutored by Princess Celestia herself. Twilight has no interest in what the bourgeois consider "refinement", whereas smalltown girl Rarity is obsessed with it.
It would have been in Rarity's best interest to seriously consider what Twilight's behavior and mission indicated of what the Princess class considers most important. I mean, she had a perfect inside source of information on The Royal City and its culture as a *neighbor* (no pun intended) who *loves teaching* and somehow managed to get wrapped up in her own idea of how the upper class should behave. Sad as it is to say, Rarity's dream of learning how to act just like the average upper-class pony is exactly the *opposite* of what Celestia wants for anypony, and Rarity's kind of lucky her friends ruined her "polished shell, rotten heart" dream before Celestia got involved.
that's where I have to respectfully disagree
rarity does not desire the polished shell, rotten heart
she desires to be accepted, she desires to be the center of attention
just like RAINBOW DASH
they didn't "ruin" ANYTHING
rarity WILLINGLY stood up for them. and I'm sorry, but if my friends behaved in such a manner as the mane six did at a formal gathering, I would be UNDERSTANDABLY embarrassed. It is so much more than a simple superficial goal, it is a test about standing beside your friends when they are behaving in an inappropriate manner to the point of it ruining your own reputation, a test that MANY humans FAIL, and yet rarity passed with flying colors
I have watched the show over and over again, I know the mane six like the back of my hand
rarity does not strive for a bad stereotype
she strives to be a fashionista, she strives to have her business ACCEPTED into the upperclass. and You are saying she is defying the princess's wishes because she likes things that are associated with the upper class? your wording and your concept are insensetive, judgemental, and cold
you are being judgemental towards someone for ther preferences. Rarity prefers high society, that is her PREFERENCE, she NEVER judges or puts down others and she stood by her friends.
Matthew cass It's kind of hard to argue objective practicality and sense with someone who argues from emotion. Let's discontinue this conversation to avoid any unnecessary hostility.
I do not argue from emotion
rarity has her flaws yes
but she is her own pony
she has her preferences, and despite what you're trying to convince me, now, having a simple preference for an upper clas style is not immoral or in need of correction. rarity has CLEARLY demonstrated that, while, granted, she sometimes makes mistakes, she has her priorities straightened out, she is in the moral highground should she prefer "refined" things in her life as she does not judge nor force these things on others
I don't think Rarity intentionally charmed Spike. She did charm him, but she didn't expect him to actually give it to her. She was genuinely surprised when he did.
All of this is exactly why I love Rarity. And like most bronies, she didn't start out as my favorite.
No problem and i agree with you
I don't dislike Rarity. However i agree that sometimes her interests can get the better of her. For example, she loves upper class cities and is into fashion and doesn't like getting dirty or sticky. But that doesn't mean that she will let those things get in the way of her love for her friends and family, as you proved in the video. I'm glad you did one about Rarity as i do see things in her. I love her as a pony and my favorites are her creativity and generous nature. I do think, and im not afraid to say, that she is part of the stereotype of girls but i don't mean that in a negative way. I mean that girls (stereotypes) are usually into fancy dresses and can be very creative, possibly into sewing or design as their hobby. Rarity, however, doesn't really do sewing as a hobby but as a business. Overall, she isn't one of my favourite ponies but i do enjoy her as a character for certain reasons.
Also she loves make up, which i am not fond of. Just saying :)

I did not like rarity at first I thought she was shallow but the more I watched mlp The more she grew on me And now shes (in my books) second best pony (after rainbow dash) :D
rarity was supposed to be the element of inspiration, but it seemed too strange. btw, she is best pony EVER!!!
Rarity is my fave
Emily Donaldson Hi 5!
I always liked Rarity, but was disappointed by her stopping Spike from expressing his feelings towards her, even though it looked like the end for both of them in the ep., The Secret of My Excess. I understand her meaning in doing so, but I thought it was the wrong move.
I think and sisterhouff social rarity has legitimate grievances about sweetiebell
DearDr.Wolf.Uve made me love this series even more than i did by anolizing the stuff abought this show i think r so great. There are alot of shows out there for kids that r just crap(cartoon network today)and mlp todays version is just awsome, the lessions and characters r just so damn likeable.Rarity is my favorite character next to fluttershy.I love the idea of an elgant beauty thats not a bitch.Ya she has her moments, but i love how caring this character is.And would love to take her to dinner
Considering the Rarity episode they were planning to make would have been about her being mean to Spike...
No, I will not like.
U know I can compare pinkie pie and rarity and see they are smilier in many ways!
What was that reference?
It's Sweet & Elite. EL-EE-IT.
I disagree with being able to see both sides. Sweetie Belle was by far the most justified in my watching of it. Rarity was not trying nearly hard enough to get along.
I know I might get hated for this opinion of mine, but the one I truly found annoying in Sisterhoof Social was Sweetie Bell. Why couldn't she show more understanding for her sister. She is the one causing trouble, albeit understandable, and she expects her sister to not get mad at her? Why couldn't she realize she was the wrong one and accept that she wasn't helping at all or even cause more trouble than she should? For that, I am on Rarity's side.
rarity has rainbowdash,s cutie mark at 10:41
Rarity is my least favorite out of the main six, but I still enjoy her character. I love all of the Mane 6 but Rarity just so happens to be my least favorite although I still find her to be an interesting character
Um, how in the hay is there a smoke alarm at 10:07? Horses don's have electricity.
i guess magic is used like electricity because there is tank's magicopter
Pinkie Pie's voice annoyed me when I first heard her but now I'm ok with it
Me too but I can't blame them all I blame is my own brother
2:03 Derpy
definitely!
I like Rarity because she's a flawed character but she's aware of her flaws; unlike Rainbow Dash. -.-
LTDLimiTeD1995 so? RD is still better than her.
thank you for this :)
Rarity is beautiful and Fabulous! I Don't Care What she does wrong, or right. She's Amazing!
10:41 what episode is that 0.0?
That is from Magical Mystery Cure.
DRWolf001
Aaahhh. i thought so, the different cutie mark really threw me off
Magical Mystery Cure:)
watched
Theory!
They were gonna do that? That doesn't seem like something Rarity would do at all.
Rarity is best pony if you care to know why (it's kind of long) let me know
Like if you HATE that Rarity didn't get her own episode in Season 3!
genericpony scootaloo did, so fair trade off IMO.
I don't like Rarity because I'm a tomboy. I know she's a good charecter, but I just don't like her.
Ya I'm kind of a tomboy as well but i like other things you would associate with girls. I don't like dresses and make up or princesses and stuff but i like MLP, flowers and nature and the colour purple.
I do like those things. Purple is cool XD...
Wow...before I watched this video, I actually kind of hated Rarity.
6:59 I don't get the refrence
It is a nod towards "Gone With the Wind", a classic movie, maybe you can sit through it with your parents and impress them
Nightmare Symphony Oh thanks
fun fact watching this with my 2 sister is sagrit
Rarity is the least generos of all ponies
