This book was profound in my life and actually a “turning point”. Allah the greatest, gives a person different ways to guide him, and turn to him - and this special book was my way. The hard copy is essential and something to cherish and return to every now and then…❤ ps, it’s also called “Dear Beloved Son” by Abu Hamid al-Ghazali.
Congratulations to Chillbooks, these are, by far, the best made AI audio books I've seen. Definitely of the ones with Islamic subjects that i search out. Great job, May Allah reward you. I intend to share these videos everywhere.
A beautiful reading of beautiful words. Such wisdom is scarce nowadays. I listened to this to gain ideas and inspiration for my writing as well as my life. Thank you for sharing.
He was a sunni scholar and that's all that matters, Al ghazali would consider today's iran as kuffar since the Shia of Iran abuse the closest sahaba of the prophet and aisha
@hassanabdikarimmohamed2505 Where are you from? And i will tell you what is wrong with you toward Shia. If Iran is Kafer, you are MONAFEQ. And Emam Ghazali was offered a chair in Baghdad, but he refused and said he would rather die in his city than having to deal with those traitors. Yes the traitors of AHLE BEYT.
@@hamsaibro6454 HE HIMSELF IDENTIFIED AND ASVRIBED HIMSELF AS A SUNNI MUSLIM SCHOLAR IN DIRECT CONTRAST TO THE BIGOTED AND UNISLAMIC SHIA.. A Supplication for Divine Grace and Protection Young man, truly I have written in this treatise what you have requested, and you must do what is in it; and do not forget to mention me in your righteous petitions; but the supplication you asked from met seek in the supplications of the perfect. And recite this supplication in its times, especially at the conclusion of your prayers: O Allah, truly I seek from thee of grace the most perfect, and of protection the most abiding, and of mercy the most encompassing, and of forgiveness its attainment, and of living the most comforting, and of life the happiest, and of beneficence the most perfect, and of blessing the most general, and of favor the sweetest, and of kindliness the most beneficial. O Allah, be for us and be not against us. O Allah, seal with happiness our appointed time and confirm in excess our hopes, and unite in forgiveness our mornings and our evenings, and bring to thy mercy our final state and what is for us, and pour out the gift of thy pardon upon our transgressions, and bestow upon us the correction of our blemishes, and make piety our provision for the journey; in thy religion is our endeavor, and upon thee is our trust and our confidence. Fix us firmly upon the path of uprightness and protect us in this world from acts necessitating regrets on the day of judgment and lighten on us the burden of the sins and bestow upon us the life of the righteous, and avert and dispel from us the evils and set free our necks and the necks of our fathers and our mothers from the fire in thy mercy, thou Illustrious One, thou Coverer of sins, thou Gracious One, thou Forgiving One, thou Benevolent One, thou Mighty One, O Allah, O Allah, thou Most Compassionate of the Compassionate, and in Him we trust. How can I trust another man when no one is teaching about Dastur al-Madina and most are pretending to act upon Islam. This seems more like a great intro and ends with infusing drowsiness to a beliver. It seems this book was written in a time when Islam was manifested but today it is not, and this book will only be usefull once Islam is manifestedagain. Anyone can pretend to be a sheikh and focus on parts of Islam, but when Islam is manifested once there is no escaping the true responsibility of maintaining a sociaty. This is the task of this Ummah and not just seeking a sheikh. And when no sheikhs are teaching about Dastur al-Madina then they are the cause of inhibiting Islam from returning! Every Muslim today focus's on psychology and very little on sociology. I was hoping for more here but in anycase I would like to thank you for the effort and the book. Alhamdulillah
Thank you Rasmus, very well said to be honest. The sociology element is the foundation of a cohesive self conscious society, that’s why we also introduced Al-Muqaddimah on the channel; to better understand how people evolve (or devolve) over time. Good take. Cheers!
