The only thing I strongly disagree with is the suggestion that a 2-page user manual without text is somehow a good thing. A company that respects its customers will invest resources in making a thorough, comprehensive user manual, including technical specifications, wiring diagrams, maintenance procedures and scheduling, and basic tips for things like changing tires or maintaining a healthy battery. I sincerely hope Inmotion has plans to make such information available via an app or their website, because putting a 70mph scooter in people's hands and offering no guidance on maintenance or safety checks is pretty irresponsible. A significant proportion of users will NEVER perform maintenance or safety checks--they just ride until something fails. A mechanical failure at 70mph is a completely different situation than at 35mph, and much more deadly. If Inmotion wants to continue building its reputation as a quality brand that prioritizes safety, it should make a serious effort to educate its customers and empower them with a detailed user manual.
First of all Respect for the first guy IN THE WORLD make the review!!!👏👏 The scooter looks solid, beautiful and "adjustable"😊 ..!! A few things I don't like with first sight are... 1). Thumb throttle is so wrong for powerful scooters. You have only one thumb to grip around the bar and you use that finger for acceleration? What could be dumber than that ? Trigger throttle saccrifices 1 out of 4 availlable fingers that grip the bar on the other side, so it is way better option.

Nice initial review. I am very much interested in the scooter, but I do have some concerns. The two most obvious are, C style suspensions are very well known for death wobble issues at higher speeds. This is a deal breaker on a hyper scooter if this is the case. The second is Zoom breaks, obviously known to be crap! Lastly, that display is excellent, total disappointment if they are going ship with lesser.
I get why you might want a drilled brake disc... but those holes seem a bit excessive and it looks like there are holes on parts that are not covered by the pad. Is this is just a gimmick? Or is this really neccesary?

What is best for the total life-time/duration of the scooter ? Using both wheels or just one wheel ? And why ? Is it possible to take this scooter with you on the train ? The trainstation i use have deep stairs. About 12 meters high / down. With a metal rail at the sides where the bikewheels go in. And then you push your bicycle up or down while you walk the stairs. Would that be possible with this scooter ? So when going up you can give a little throttle and not let it go faster then you can walk up the stairs ? Greetings,
0,5mm M6 hex screw that holds front and rear suspension to body ???😱 Like Really ? Is it enough for a 100km/h scooter with a 150 kg rider? Woud anyone put such a small screws on motorbikes? Conflicts of interest is ubiquitous in marketing. Jack is fair and thorough but “known issues” take time to be discovered. Perhaps, view some of his reviews on product that has been in service for a while, where you know there has been several production run design and maintenance issues. Every consumers has their own level of detail that they would like to see when being “sold” a device. For early releases there is also an optimism bias: hoping that this one will get form and function right this time. And yes, consumers are get burned if they’re impulsive early-adopters of emerging tech. Most problems that arise from rapid product development are problems with the structure of capitalism, and not necessarily because the reviewers have bias or unspoken financial issues in the product. IMO, Jack is credible and honest but doesn’t hand hold newer consumers who might like to know every potential risk for performance or maintenance. In fact, it seems like the most under-reviewed aspect of PEVs (overall) is a through understanding of the “lifetime costs” for parts and maintenance, including an actual self-critical assessment of what skills are needed to service these vehicles yourself. In periods of economic depression, traditionally, the products that thrive are those that are serviceable by the consumers for lower costs and effort, like the 1960s VW Beetle. PEVs have an advantage of deep community knowledge and skepticism, but it is frustrating taking the risk. Good luck
@@egrseec seems like the only solution is to watch tons of content to find out whom you trust. Hype channels, like “ChoochTech” are fair entertainment but I wouldn’t trust the recommendations without serious efforts to uncover the truth about which PEV is best. As far as selecting unicycles are concerned, go with the smallest, least expensive wheel you can and upgrade only after the learning curve is overcome. EUC riders tend not to downshift to other PEVs and this says lots about the potential growth of the industry, whose products are still mostly toy-ish at this point in development.

Looks like a nice helmet to me, although it does not look adequate for the speeds this thing is capable of! A scooter with 11" tires that can do close to 70 mph, it seems like that should warrant using a more significant HQ motorcycle helmet.
@electric dream does the RS have any kind of theft alarm on it? I know that the Kaabo GTR has an alarm and the GT2 also has an alarm. The scooter looks nice, i really like this RS.
For 3,500 US dollars they could have done a little bit better in keeping all that wiring a little bit neater. Also, would have been more practical for addtional extra tubes and tires set that came in with the box. Guarantee most will pick extra tubes and tires over that mud guard extensioner. Only thing this scooter got right is the monster beast hub motor they have in and battery range. A little bit pricey for some as speed and motor torques isn't always what a lot of E-scooter community looks for. Most look for: battery life, range of battery, urban/street durability from daily use, overall weights and affordability. Lastly, only way I would spend money for a 3000 dollars or more for a e-scooter is if the battery is inter-changeable, can be replace and parts are upgradeable.
♥️hi, very strong! And waterproof !!! Is the accelerator in the handle? It is not easy to use, it would take a seat! like most bikes or motorcycles.. For a scooter I prefer a thumb or finger throttle.

What’s the point of you cannot use it legally on the street.
No anti-theft system or anything in particular?
Nice review excellent details explanation 👍
btw the video is unlisted you guys know it?
Is this chinese
Of course.
Ha...I'm happy sticking with my Razor E300 for short jaunts. This thing is way over priced.
This thing is hardly portable lol the INOKIM was big enough. At what point do you just get a motorcycle 😂
2300€ Wholesale Price
if i could get it for 2300.. i would say take my money right now!!!
3:58 Can someone name me 3 scooters that go FWD only in single motor mode? I only know dual motor scooters that go to RWD in single mode.
There is a reason for that you don't want just front wheel drive.. Especially for turning. Not stable
@@igot5onit423 There are many fwd only scooters in germany aviable that can go 40kph+. It's fun to screw around with wheelspin while accelerate.
But its not safe for sure
Why are there no rear view mirrors on these things?
uhm, but there actually is a Bugatti scooter
nice off you strip the bolt
ONLY bugatti scooter is RION.
Please get a better helmet 😢
thanks bro
Looks like a nice helmet to me, although it does not look adequate for the speeds this thing is capable of! A scooter with 11" tires that can do close to 70 mph, it seems like that should warrant using a more significant HQ motorcycle helmet.
Only thing looking at it is the big cable at the front isn't put somewhere tidy or neatly which would expect since I'd imagine this isn't cheap
This looks exactly like a vsett 10+
@electric dream does the RS have any kind of theft alarm on it? I know that the Kaabo GTR has an alarm and the GT2 also has an alarm. The scooter looks nice, i really like this RS.
G2 is way better quality build.
Very good video, and very nice scooter! Congratulation INMOTION
Recent fires in Medford, New Bedford sparked by lithium-ion batteries, officials say, scooters. Thanks Boston Globe.
♥️hi, very strong! And waterproof !!!
Is the accelerator in the handle? It is not easy to use, it would take a seat! like most bikes or motorcycles.. For a scooter I prefer a thumb or finger throttle.
👍🏽👍🏽nice, might buy this one, great price now
how many inches are the tires ?
LOOKS SWEET
I do hope scooter manufacturer/industry in china not the same as they do on led flashlight.sharing almost same platform but with different name, brand, dealers and material grade.only minor tiny differences.i look vsett10+ might be the winning receipe among all design and configuration.
Is it street legal? In the usa?
*Ever seen WEPED?*
