- Hi Everyone! In today’s video I’m going to be doing another Buy THIS, not THAT video! In particular, I’m doing to be doing a full face of affordable products! I will absolutely give you the products I would personally invest in and buy, but I’ll also be letting you know who I think each product is geared towards because I know that not everyone has the same preferences as me! This video is not intended to say you need all of these products- but if you were looking into one I’ll give you a comparisonso you can get a better idea if another item will work better for you! I really appreciate that you've kept your natural peach fuzz! A lot of RUclipsrs get rid of it, and it's difficult to tell what base products will look like on a more typical person.

Hey Amanda, latsly there has been some more tinted moisturizer-type products that has been released: wet&wild, Milani, urban decay, loreal, catrice. Will you be reviewing those?

I must say, I've tried hundreds (feels like it) and the new WnW tinted hydrator is absolutely incredible. Not like "It's good for 5 bucks good" It's great I can't believe it's not high end. But yes would love her to also do a video!
@@DanielleNicoleMakeup I have never tried the WnW, but now I'm curious. Do I need more tinted moisturizers? No. Will I try this? Probably. ;) (And by "probably" I mean I'm probably getting it today.)

I’d like to thank you for all of the work you put into your videos. You put each product on your face which is *so* much better than just hand swatches. Your close-ups are actually close-up and are so helpful!
Oily skin gal here and I LOVE the NYX tinted skin veil. It’s literally my holy grail and I wear it every single day. And I’m pretty oily! I think that’s how great and versatile the product is, that it works on both dry and oily skin types!
I love it too! I find it doesn’t make me oily and it doesn’t fade,like so many other tinted moisturisers do 🤷🏼♀️ I’ve seen so many similar products being released lately,but I always remember I have the nyx one and I think it’s the best one I’ve tried so far, so why change a winning team? 😂
I've been really curious about this product being oily. TFS! I LOVE WnW's new tinted hydrator. It's beautiful and definitely my go to. NYX contour stick is another fav of mine from them!

I also couldn't agree more that the Essence Melted Chromes fit in with the Roen palettes. I used the MCs looong before I found Roen, and I noticed the similarities instantly.
We are all guilty of shopping to relieve stress, sadness or boredom. We don't need more influencers who help brands exploit this weakness by creating parasocial relationships with their subscribers then screaming I LOVE THIS PRODUCT on camera and making people feel left out if they don't try viral o(r sponsored) products.
We need more people like you. Your detailed descriptions actually help conscious consumers make wiser decisions instead of just mindlessly buying into the hype.

Yeah! I’m interested in their different sponges too... but I have to worry about what all their products are made of and how they can be so inexpensive.
I love them, even among my higher-end ones. The shades are very pretty

How does Amanda not have millions of subscribers! BTW I just got the WnW tinted hydrator, Makeup Revolution Conceal and Glow Foundation, Elf Plus Glow Lotion, Italian Ice Shadow at Ulta, Elf Putty Blush and Glow Spray, and Essence lash princess. Those are incredible products and the prices are just a bonus. Unbelievable how many great products are coming out at affordable prices. Great job this was super helpful!

The Elf Hydrating Camo Concealer is my all time favorite. Loved the regular formula but when they came out with the hydrating version, I found it worked way better for my dry skin issues. You only need a small amount too!

Hi Amanda! The Maybelline Fit Me concealer used to be my favorite drugstore concealer but it has been replaced by the Flower Beauty Light Illusion concealer. It's my new HG and I think you'd love it. It's super hydrating.

I very much enjoy your videos; they’re soothing and relaxing and some of the most helpful I’ve watched, and I’ve watched a lot! I love all of the info you give as well as the up close demos, which are so key to really seeing how products perform. Your videos manage to be both more refined and sophisticated, while down to earth at the same time. So glad I found you!
I also love the NYX Bare With Me! The lightest shade is quite light, so it’s good for people who find that a lot of shade aren’t light enough for them. I also can use it to lighten up a product that’s a little too dark. I love mixing it with a little moisturizer or an illuminating primer, and I agree, it looks very skin like!

You should try the Nyx Born to Glow concealer! It's been my favorite lately; it looks and feels so lightweight and natural on the skin. Very lovely!
*A cream highlighter that will give your cheeks a wet, glossy look is the Hard Candy Glow Dome highlighter. It's $6 at Walmart and on Hard Candy's website. It's the BEST glossy highlighter I've ever used!*

Yesss back to the roots...I love these videos....that demonstrates your real capacities of review dear Amanda this is YOUR THING GIRL what YOU are brilliant to do...and I think that with the oceans of new launches out there, this is what us people need really....real reviews and demos of accessible good products...for luxury and high end I guess there are some influencers dedicated to that "niche"....and lets be real, people are trying to save money these days, so they have statistically turned more into drugstore, besides the fact that the quality has been getting better & better!

Amanda, I always come back to your videos and just want to say the Mocha shade in the PF sculpted bronzer is incredible. I was initially bummed that I could only find 1 in my local stores in mocha and surprisingly I love it. I think it might be less orange than the lighter shade and definitely isn't too dark since they blend so well. Anyway my point is thank you for recommending this product! It's the only cream bronzer I have found besides Fentys that aren't orange
You should try the wet n wild glass correct primer. It gives a good glow.

I agree with you on Maybelline fit me concealers. It’s hydrating, quick to use feels good and looks good under eyes. It was my natural go to daily concealer but it doesn’t cover much ( I have terrible dark circles). So, I have recently started to use E.l.f hydrating camo concealer but I am still not sure if like it.

I have combo skin and I love mixing the nyx skin vale and ud stay naked foundation because it's dewy and sets down without the need for powder (because the ud is self setting and satin/natural finish)

That AOA Wonderskin Illuminating Primer is my FAVOURITE glossy liquid highlighter ever. I don't use it as an illuminating primer, just a highlighter, so you also get a shitload of product for your buck. But even as a primer it's still great value because it's like $1.35 Canadian!!

I recently found the physicians formula dewey highlighter in the shade honeydew at target in the clearance bin for like 2 dollars and decided to try it on a whim considering how much I like the stick bronzer, and it looks STUNNING on medium/tan skin!! I’ve never gotten so many compliments on how glowy and fresh my skin looks!
I absolutely love love love your style of reviewing products! I have picked up so many things that you have suggested and I finally feel like I’m out of my makeup rut. I have been using Ulta’s vintage matte eyeshadow and the bouncy maple pecan. They have changed my life. The combination is everything that I was wanting in an eye look! Thank you 🙂

I really don’t see dark circles on you at all! I have to have Elf camo concealer level coverage and wear a color corrector because my circles are so dark. It’s genetic in my case and has only gotten worse with years of chronic illness.
There’s actually 15 shades of the Maybelline Lifter Gloss! I found out that CVS has 5 additional exclusive shades.
I can definitely see the difference between the concealers on your eyes. The Fit Me looks WAY better on you!

Loved the ULTA Bouncy Cream eyeshadow but I tried it with 3 different primers, as well as no primer, and within 30 mins crease crease crease. Within 2 hours I had no shadow left because I was rubbing to remove the crease at work embarrassed. What gives? I need one that dries! The sales girl said it dries. I then tried it without any makeup on my face in case my foundation/concealer was somehow getting in the way and same issue. Sigh, I really loved the Italian ice color but I cannot handle that constant crease! Grrrr lol
Try their liquid cream eyeshadows, they dry down they have matt, shimmer and glitters

The CP lux gloss in tied up was a little bit thick for me and the smell was too much like butterscotch, which I don't like. I do really enjoy CP lux lip oils, the ones from Garden Variety collection, because they have a bit of a shimmer and smell amazing (still not sure of what).Maybelline gloss in moon should be here any day now.
I don't like shimmer in glosses, but I do enjoy the Lux Lip Oils in the plain coloured varieties. They feel really nice on the lips, and look beautiful, though, they're def not the longest lasting.
I couldn't get passed the strong caramel smell of the Maybelline lipglosses. 💔

You shoul try the sephora sheer liquid eyeshadow in the matte version, they beautiful on the eyes also they a clean bouncy eyeshadow palette wich is beautiful as well.
