I can't believe i've never known or been told that in passing that Danny DeVito was involved with this. Also, watching Travolta roll some cigarettes made my cravings hit the roof more than anything since I quite a couple of months ago.
Great reaction! So many little things you notice, and you get more references than any other reactors -- ex., Flock of Seagulls. So many of the references have faded into history. A few -- the MC is impersonating Ed Sullivan, and the "God damn -- I said God damn" is from Steppenwolf's "The Pusher". Excellent stuff, you guys!
I believe Butch planned to double cross Marcellus all along, so Vincent insulting him had no impact on that...but it did ensure that another thing WOULD happen later in the film. 13:02👍
This is such a great movie, also you should listen to Scooby Snacks by The Fun Lovin Criminals, they use samples from the movie and is such an underrated song
9:36 Brett is played by Frank Whaley. Frank's finest role was in the brilliant and underappreciated "Swimming With Sharks" (released in 1994 as well). It was also (in my not-so-humble opinion) Kevin Spacey's best work. 17:40 Tarantino says his tenth film is his last, that certainly doesn't preclude him from making TV series.... 22:49 If Y'all don't know (and there's no reason you should), Frute Brute was part of the greatest family of terribly unhealthy breakfast cereals for kids back in the day. We also had Boo-Berry, Franken-Berry, and (most notably) Count Chocula. Any wonder that we're a bunch of Fat B*st*rds over here?
Noice! Great to see these two blokes react to one of the greatest Tarantino films ever (and perhaps one of the greatest movies ever, in general).. Cheers from Canada. 🥃👍
Absolute trash medicine being done for an OD here. You'd think a heroin dealer would know what Narcan is and to use it instead of uselessly plunging a hypodermic full of adrenaline into a chest.
It's not Nixon it's Ed Sullivan
In the Disney film Aladdin, the genie imitates him briefly as well.
Not Richard Nixon. He was supposed to be Ed Sullivan, a variety show host from the mid 60's. That's where I first saw the Beatles.
After seeing this movie hundreds of times, I never noticed John Travolta in the opening scene until you guys pointed it out
If you listen closely to the radio in the Taxi, you can hear that someone stole the trophy at Jack Rabbit Slims.
2:54 I didn't even notice that until you pointed it out! Great eye!
"Hers is very aggressive, his is like smooth". Let's not forget she is coked out of her mind and he is chasing the dragon... It makes sense really
14:20 Yup, it was Butch. Quentin confirmed this on O&A when Anthony asked him the same thing.

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it 😁
@TheMovieJourney I feel like Sam Jackson character is a psychopath based on the apartment scene..... incredible dialog my favorite film
Man.... Aint nothing better than some French Fries drowned in Mayo i swear !
But they’ll never understand unless they try it, cause their mayonaise is different than ours...

The Emcee was Ed Sullivan…

We still CAN buy a beer at McDonald's.
Bloody means rare burnt to a crisp means well done in the parlance of the menu and by the question asked by the waiter(Steve Buscemi)
If you like Resevoir Dogs this is so next level on dialogue and characters. This is still his masterpiece to me.
Will recommend a few of the movies he wrote, but did not direct himself. Natural Born Killers. True Romance...

@@StevenEatsAlone I just said i did. Are you a parrot or just annoying?
@@AgentLemmon annoying parrot. You would ask that
A foot massage ain't nothing. Now if she was half naked or he was then I'd have a problem with that.
Dean you are too mean to Hendo.
🤣
Imagine mistaking Ed Sullivan for Richard Nixon. Oh wait, we don't have to because you two just did! smh
