    Hi Dane... Nice name... I don't bother with warm ups so that was useful... Your wearing yellow and blue.. Two of the colours favoured by Vikings... Your bye bye 'peace' is done in such a gentle manner... I was expecting a head butt or something proper Viking.

    HEY I AM AN HIGH SCHOOL THROWER AND I THOW 33 MTS FROM A 1.5K DISCUS..........I AM VERY SAD THAT MY THROWS AREN'T GOING AS EXPECTED
    I WANT TO ACHIEVE 50 MTS OF MARK BEFORE 23rd JAN WHEN I TURN 17........ANY TIPS??
