I always felt DMC3 Dante was the coolest, but seeing this Dante, with so many more options and mastery over his weapons, makes me think he doesn't even need to be cool, his moves are just too awesome!

Practice. Lots and lots of practice. Almost all of the complex stuff he does in these videos he would have practiced enough that it takes little effort to do and doesn't take up much concentration. It isn't that he's thinking faster, it's that he's so practiced that he can think more efficiently. It's like reading. you started out slow, sounding out every syllable, struggling to recognise the letters. Reading a word took a long time. Years later you can glance at a word and know what it means in a split second, far faster than you can normally think. These kinds of combo videos are the result of hundreds, probably thousands, of hours perfecting skills with dedication and creativity.
thats some super pro ass max difficulty shit,probably the best combo game there is,but it's so hard i can do some of these techs but tse somes quite hard,you need a good brain to keep thinking ahead
