Thank you so much for this video. Super helpful and well-presented. Your time and effort is most appreciated!
If a "cheese" is made without any dairy product, then is it still "cheese?" Je crois que non.
No, it's not.
Vegan “cheese” is NOT cheese.
It’s called fermented crap!
It's not
No, it's not.
I like my regular cheese 🧀 and I have lots of vegetables in my diet. No need to declare vegan. Has anyone share a dinner table with someone who's vegan? It's very tiring to watch them question the waiter this and that
Vegan "cheese" is not cheese.
That's call BS
wow!
If a cheese is AOP, like brie de meaux, can I go and make a cheese with the same methods/ingredients, like you would brie, but in a different place, can I call it "My original Cheese"? And if people like it more can I say its better than Brie de Meaux?
GREAT VIDEO
Re-title this:- The EU politics of factory cheeses!
Hello, you are tardy for my classes at this place. Mission House.
Not clear what she means by an AOP being "held" by Lactalis. As I understand it, an AOP is about the region, the breeds of cow and the manufacturing techniques. These cannot be monopilsed, surely? Unless Lactalis has geographically occupied the entire region designated for a particular AOP.
it doesn't mean that it produce every cheeses in this region. Like two producer can do camembert in normandy , and they will both be called aop
@@danemon8423 Yes, but she said "held" which implies exclusivity.
@@araucariapasquale1 well it's maybe an error, or maybe cause they bought all the farms in this region, like the farmers make cheese for the company. Cuase actualy some "industrial" cheeses in france actually just bought farms in some region, so it's aop cheese. But yeah that's maybe an error

@@kirikoucortex7042 One is stinkier than the other.
