They live (or exist) in a small space outside the timeline, which they themselves have named "Elven Fantasy". There are no more than a hundred of them, they have no ability to reproduce, they never age, but they are still male and female. They resemble humans in appearance, and have wings on their backs that are unique to each human. They have knowledge of the "timeline" and possess unique magic that is different from that of human monsters, and are able to influence the timeline and world line. They call it "Determination" Eventually, frisk from the elves race meet sans. They do some experiment together but because this part of the lore is gone due to some translations problem let's just skip.
