I hope it doesn't offend anyone if a 60 year old likes this stuff. I just downloaded Vaenir. It's goose bump inducing and with way way way better vocals than many other bands in this genre - stoner or whatever you want to call it. (We gotta have our genre labels.)
In, out, cartooned, in a crevice of thought, wall of sludge, face melts down my cylindrical chest, into a steaming pile of electric neon buttery feces. -with a side of bacon.
i that's the proof for good music ;) I saw them live without knowing them before. They started with "Died a Million Times" and I already liked the riffs but when he started singing I was blown
Just found out about you guys the other day. Looked up upcoming tours and lo and behold playing in Brooklyn (St. Vitus) in August! As a huge fan of Electric Wizard you guys are exactly what I was looking for. You sound unbelievable live! Congrats. As a 46 year old you would have thought I would outgrow this....nope!
Robert G Hard to outgrow such a big piece of my identity. I'm 40. Hard music has gave me an outlet that otherwise would of been much more self destructive. Albeit the self destructiveness still creeps in.
not diminishing the epic level of badassness but curious as to what bass that is. Looks like a jaguar jazz bass but can't find anywhere. such heavy. much wow.
@@DelToroMiguel Holy shit, so sick you answered this, probably made that guys month! Check out my 60's BASS-VI I been using for drop tuned metal guitar riffs a lot...

I think it's great that this type of music transcends age. I'm sure I'll still love this type of music when I'm 60 :)
Alienart I'm 40 and my quest for new Great bands hasn't slowed down since it started at the age of 12. I hope It'll never slow down.
