Just ordered mine and can’t wait for you guys to make the other one that fits the other type of Honda filter so it would make it easier to change the filter in my wife’s ‘16 honda crv 😊
My filter socket is an absolute PITA to use. It was originally for an Evo (I think) and is a similar size to the S2000, just a fraction larger so it tends to slip, gets stuck and has to be wound off slightly to get it off. It's served me well over the years but I think now might be a good time for an upgrade 👍👍👍. The cap remover tool is so simple it's genius 😁.
Awesome! Trying to get the S2K filter tightened to the manufacturer's specification has been impossible for me. Ive tried using a couple oil filter cups, one specifically for the S2K and as mentioned in the video, would walk off and round off the corners. Hopefully this finally solves it.
Funny story, apparently long tube headers work just fine with turbos. What is the possibility that a stock header turbo setup could work with the S2000? You could run the intake through the windshield vent, where the cabin filter is. Since the static pressure is highest at the base of the windshield it's a prime area for an efficient inlet air duct.
@@brianchin9790 I haven’t tried it in the Mobil 1 filter. It does fit the WIX large frame filter. Yes, the S2000 can be used on most Hondas including the B series and H series
@@Ladco77 We only did the testing with the Honda large frame filter. It’s amazing How many tiny variations between the two exact same filter. The cases don’t hold a very tight tolerance.

We do a lot of changes on S2000s and always looking for a better way to make it easier. Plus want to make a little nicer tools.

Any idea if the s2000 filter wrench fits the Mobil 1 oil filter? Also, can the s2000 oil filter be used on a b16 and h22?

@@010720 Thw Filters do and are higher volume. The caps do not fit as the valve covers don’t have enough room.
