    The sunflower seedlings look good Spencer. Looks like a great spot for them. You might want to protect them from slugs and snails though as they love young sunflower plants. Take care. Nick

      Thanks,yes I have made more of my bottle slug traps so the slugs shouldn't be a problem. Got to keep an eye out though still...thanks for watching

    Just found out about this challenge because of you. I'm going to get some of the Mammoth Russian seeds I saved from last year's plants germinated and get in on this.

    Do you know if roots will grow from the buried part of the stem? Like tomatos. Laura

      I believe they do,but not a vigorously. Think if you bury the whole thing it would rot butnup to 3 inches is ok I think. Thanks for watching

    What type of sunflower are these???? And the giant one you grew? And how often do you water them ???
