I'm hoping with the upcoming national oversite of drug policy, that the fines and suspensions will be greatly increased. I mean the current $500 fines that Baffert gets should increase to $50,000. The $1,000 fines for Miller should be $100,000. I'm thinking the owners should be fined too particularly for class 1 violations. What?, the owners are innocent bystanders? After recently looking at the Rockingham Ranch webpage and knowing the controversies behind a few of the horses listed there, I don't believe for a minute that most owners are ignorant of what trainers are doing. If owners are fined, perhaps they will pull their horses from the drug using trainers causing the trainer's business to collapse. Navarro just got sentenced to 5 years in prison and possible deportation. Do you think all his owners had no clue what he was doing? Also, get the lawyers out of the drug equation. If the KY Derby winner tests for an overage and Churchill says DQ and the trainer can't run here for 2 years, then that private property has the final say. No appeals.
The drug question and other forms of cheating is currently the biggest black eye the sport has to the general public. If potential bettors can't trust the product, then we don't have a product.

Simplify the form, get the young ones into handicapping tournaments, let them learn the betting as they learn the sport. Have a nightly handicapping tournament on tv with 2 tracks so there is a race every 15 minutes.
What can I Sports bring in new people first of all they need to make a flyer of like I did it's a $60 flyer and you put it into bars and show them the tricks of the trade which I have a bunch of them and then they start winning then they'll want more and then you got their attention but until you do that you ain't going to get no attention some of the jockeys that was on TVG Radio Network got a phone call and said we going to put you out of business in 3 months and sure enough he was all business in 3 months because he said too much because somebody called him up and says jockeys on horses on the other tracks from other people and you can find this information and he told this information out I guess a lot of people wasn't paying attention but I did I thought it was very fascinating that the jockeys are doing this I don't see nothing wrong with doing that but it's just when you say too much you get in trouble I build a horse racing system around that and I'm in Charlotte North Carolina and I can't get out to the public because the Internet is blocked so this this text that you're getting might be blocked as well you know they don't tell you certain things are happening at the track like the blind just put on five minutes before the race new equipment is put on five minutes before the race the jockey changes 5 minutes before the race it's very important for people to know this but 99% of the people don't because by that time everybody has their tickets and and those who are listening it just goes right by him you have to get the people's attention for them to have a good time tell you a little bit about my horse racing system it works from the bottom up and not from the top down which means the jockeys go up and down class just like race horses go up and down in class and there's a certain places certain jockeys win and you have to keep track of the horse and the jockey to do that I tell people there's a trick to a trade and trade to a trick but you have to learn how to play before you you have to know what's going on before you could where you win and certain things you got to look for different horse patterns there's a lot of different horse patterns is only a few of them that wins a certain degree and have to keep an eye on it and people don't know that nobody's saying anything about that the jockey clubs are out there not telling you all the questions I asked him a question about did Jackie or the horse get paid for the fourth place they couldn't answer that question they answer all the rest of the questions but they didn't answer that question so I believe they do get paid for some of the races in the fourth place so what does that mean to you to me it shows me the horses getting ready to race two or three weeks from the first time they get in fourth place so I'm so I'm looking for people to get involved with my horse race system cuz I want to have people down at the track looking for certain things to happen then text the people what's taking place and give them the choice to be on the horse or not when these things happen it doesn't happen every day all these things I'm telling you about now don't happen on a day-to-day basis you have to stay there for a week or so and then you'll see a pattern what takes place but you know a hundred thousand people come 100,000 people leave and they don't come back probably to the next 3 weeks to a month what if you want more information and if you could help me find someone to want to go in my horse race system you could call me you have to call twice because of robocalls 704-901-6705 my name is Don and if I don't pick up the phone on the second time that you call I will call you right back cuz I know it's important thank you
Also speaking of consolidation, CDI needs to stop. They are ruining racing. There's too much power to some of these gaming companies that buy competitor tracks just to put them out of business to develop their land. Wasn't it Hollywood Park that was behind Bay Meadows selling for development along with Hollywood Park itself? CDI isn't novel with what they are doing.
Include an alternate bet option when placing multi-race wagers in anticipation of scratches.
That's a good idea.

It would be nice if owners wouldn't retire horses at age 3.
Do away with racing for purse money only and restrict the # of horses a trainer can enter in a single race.
Appreciate the comments Keep them coming!

DQ should accompany suspensions for rough riding.
