Just found this video, you have a lot of good points that I plan to use in the future! I waited a while before uploading my first couple of designs that consisted of simple popular anime designs and musical fan art. I didn't make a sale for a while, then I uploaded a Hamilton design of the Schuyler sisters I got a sale that same night! I was so so happy, it was my first ever time making money off of my art, ever. As I said before, I will be using your tips and tricks to help me with my next batch of designs, thank you so much!
Hey Diamond, thanks for stopping by. Congrats on the sale 🎉🎊 they'll be more of that to come for sure. Also make sure to use trademarkia.com to check trademark. Keep me updated I'll look forward to hearing about more sales 😊💯
I just got a $100 payout today from my last month's sales, but I really like what you had to say in this video, I didn't even notice they give you the sub niches for the search results. Thanks!
I am the 1%. Thank you so much for this videos! I've made only one sale on my first month but I only have 14 designs so is pretty good! I'm working to get to the 100 like you said! Again, thank you so much for all the info and tips!!
@@poorinthepnw1340 please read my comment before replying. I said I made only 14 designs in a month, that is because I make my own illustrations, I don't use anything from anybody or I would have more. Don't go around being rude to people just to be rude. Thank you
thanks man, there was some solid tips in here I hadn't heard yet. I'm still in research mode and getting designs together, but I'd genuinely looking forward to this.
Haven’t had the greatest luck for sales but I’ve been working on updating my shop (designs, collections, tags, etc) so hopefully I’ll have better luck in the future
Thank you so much for sharing. I’m new to t-shirt business with no graphic design experience so I am open to learn from those that have the experience that I need. Thanks again!
Just wanted to say thank you for all the advice on your channel. When I started my redbubble, I took bad advice and never saw a sale in 2 years. Watching your stuff really inspires me and has already helped me step up my shop. Right now, I’m not the 1%, but maybe one day. 🙂
@@kiara4681 Hello. Things are going okay. I don't think I'm the best person for advice while I'm still learning, but developing a brand and an audience (in my opinion) is what has brought me all of my current sales. As for the bad advice, I had an artist tell me to space out the art I was uploading and upload less, because I was competing with myself. However, it's bad advice, because limiting uploads simply decreases your reach. Every view on your art and page matters. Even if you're competing with yourself, you win or you win. I hope that helps you.
I have just opened an account. I am researching a lot before I upload my designs. I made a mistake on another platform of just jumping in and got hardly any sales. I won’t do that again. Thank you for this video

Lol nice implementation of the count down. I slick was two ✌🏽 seconds away from fast forwarding on the video. Because you was chatting too much & I was like Okaaaayy. Lol
So I have 3 shops.. to separate out vastly different audiences -- I am getting the impression from you and other POD success stories is that generally you can use one size fits all for most products but if you really want to succeed you have to take lots of extra time to format a design for greeting cards, for puzzles, for back packs, fitted masks etc. That how you see it?
Have you experienced RB deactivating some items that you've made active? For example, you have a design that you've enabled on many items like t-shirts, throw blankets, phone cases etc. So when you check out that design again to better align the artwork, you'll see a throw blanket or phone cover deactivated/made inactive by RB. Does that sound familirar and what would be the reason? Undermining your efforts in this way is what really causes designer frustration.
Yup... They keep deactivating my products on the basis of terms violations, but yet everytime I check there was never a violation and they never explain what violation
Thanks for your ideas. to be clear, you are suggesting setting up collections on different niches as opposed to setting up several niche specific stores? I heard that giving nice stores will look better when linking to social media.
hey tysm the video is great tho,but i’m confused on whether we should avoid jumping into niche that has big competition or we should becaus those thing are what ppl look forward to buy.

I have been on redbubble a month or two, and I recently got two sales, a poster from van go, and a cartoon sheep as a tapestry, so I was making cartoon animals, but now I am doing paintings. the worse part is putting everything available. it is so time consuming.
