- In this video I share my thoughts after warming the three new scents from the Scentsy 2022 Holiday Bricks. Tomorrow I will review the other two bricks, which are returning favorite scents.

Brandi I'm in love! Ohhhhh it's so lovely. I was so worried about any ooey gooey quality but it's not like that at all. So warm and comforting and beautiful. I am intrigued by Caramel Chestnut now. Caramel is typically a hard pass for me, but I do adore a good Chestnut.

Hi Jessi! Oh, I just had to warm them - the bricks were all sitting there looking so beautiful and I had to know what they smelled like on warm. Frosted Petals was a disappointment with that kapow! orchid note, at least for the first half of the day. For me, Caramel Chestnut takes the cake. Thank you so much for watching, dear friend! ❤️🥰🤗

Many thanks for doing such a quick warm review! I will purchase the collection on Friday. Sounds like I'll definitely get a 2 pack of the Caramel Chestnut and Winter's Eve, as I'm sending that one to a cousin from my first order. She said "surprise me" and I know she likes woods so I will send her that one. They all sound like I would like them and its' so good to hear they are great performers.

Natalie it was such a beautiful surprise. These are all good performers, some a little better than others on day two but we must remember that they haven't cured at all yet and that could change. Yes I wasn't going to do samples but these are so beautiful and we got the gorgeous silicone mold and I simply have to send them out to everybody. Ha, never say never!🤣❤️🥰

Mary, thank you so much. I also adore Toasted Acorn and Oak, and to me this is the same chestnut note, but now with the beautiful, subdued caramel as background. I'm eager to hear what you think, since you are also a fan of the Toasted Acorn bar.
(By the way - I get that same chestnut note in Fall-ing Apples - have you tried that one? I think you'd like it.)

@@amysscentsandsongs Apple scents are my favorite but for some reason, a lot of The popular fall scents that I should love, when I warm them I couldn’t handle it. Harvest blessings, falling apples, and autumn sunset all had something in it that I couldn’t stand and I wish I knew what it was because on paper they should be my favorites. But I had to give them to my mom lol. But yet I can’t get enough of caramel apple craze and autumn hearth. My nose is weird! The surprise favorite for me this fall besides toasted acorn and oak, was blackberry spice. So beautiful, so long-lasting, incredible throw. I only joined Scentsy in August and I’m obsessed! Let’s not even talk about how many warmers I bought lol

I put in a pre order with my consultant for winters eve and maraschino cherry. I'm excited to try them. I love my tree scents so I'm very excited for winters eve. Great video review.

Frosted Petals was my 2nd fave on cold as it had a subtlety about it but if it’s a powerhouse on orchid I may feel slightly different, orchid is nice but it’s better as a “special guest” rather than the starring role 😂
Caramel Chestnut is going to be one I’ll be experiencing for the first time in terms of the chestnut note. I don’t think I’ve ever smelt a real chestnut nor ever seen one here!

Hi Blayke! Aww, you're a love, thank you. I felt the same as you about Frosted Petals - I thought it was so pretty on cold - but yikes, that orchid on warm 😵 just about killed us all. Maybe it's because I don't like orchid so it seems worse. I agree, the "special guest" approach would have been better. I'm sorry that one made you sad for your auntie, as well.
Chestnuts - oh, the smell of roasted chestnuts is just so nutty and beautiful - that one is very nostalgic for me.

Oh I was so excited to see this come up ..I’m desperate to hear the warming reviews …this is the first I’ve seen. Winters Eve sounds lovely to me although I commented on Linda H s video that we have 2 tree scents and no fruity/berry. The Frosted petals I had hoped the snowberry would come through more ..but sounds more floral with the orchid note so I doubt I will enjoy. Caramel chestnut… I was thinking it was going to be a heavy caramel sickly bakery bar but the chestnut note sounds lovely …I do enjoy love and happiness chestnut note so I may now be tempted to give this a go following this first review. Jane, I was thinking about you today as I was warming these, because I know that you and I are both not very fond of ooey gooey caramel... and I was so excited to be able to tell you that Caramel Chestnut is not of that variety. The sweet berry does come through in Frosted Petals, but that orchid note means business. I hope you have a restful night my friend - and Clem and I send you a big hug back. ❤️🥰

Hi Kara! You know I was dreading Caramel Chestnut as I'm always the one grumbling about ooey gooey - and then it turned out to be so far above my expectations and a chestnut love affair.
I'm not familiar with that Williams-Sonoma candle but it sounds like something I need to check out immediately.

So I'm frustrated but happy to hear your review.....I have something going on causing my smell to be gone(not covid--i think it's the weather change and I also changed jobs so my allergies are acting up to the hospital cata) but I couldn't smell any of them except the icicles and evergreen and the chestnut one slightly.....I'm hoping this will pass and I'll be ok to smell again

Hi Amy! Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Is the chestnut note in Caramel Chestnut similar to the chestnut note in Love & Happiness? For some reason, something in Love & Happiness didn’t sit well with me (I think it was the glazed chestnut part of it). I don’t typically use scents with chestnut notes and am wondering if they’re all similar. Thanks!
Hi Kristin! I would say this is not like Love and Happiness, which was not my favorite either. I really didn't get much chestnut out of that and so I was disappointed in it.
This Chestnut is more like the chestnut in Toasted Acorn and Oak, or in Fall-ing Apples. It is also like the chestnut note in BBW Chestnut and Clove. It's a slightly earthy, nutty note that I can never get enough of. I hope this helps! ❤️🥰🤗
