And I watch the end of this and loved the last stretch with the shadows draped on the hills, the lighting, and the music (Million Years) was perfect for the end of this. You picked a few of my favorite tunes that you've used before during those winding valley areas (Candelion, I had to purchase a few of those after hearing them on your Colorado-to-Kansas trip last year). Thanks again for going down the "less travelled" roads and for using music that is lesser-known but worth the hearing. I have a suggestion for those who don't like the music: use the mute button.
Once I got off highway 24, this was a new route to me. I'd seen it on the map, and it looked somewhat interesting, so up the road I went. It turned out to be a great "less traveled" road. Just like I like them to be. I'm glad you like the fact that I use music in my videos, and I'm impressed that you even bought some of it. It would be a lot easier to put together a video without having to consider what music to use and how to order the songs, etc. It actually takes a lot of effort to get it just how I want it, and it's very subjective as to whether it's good or not. However, I don't feel the need to be just like some other channels. Doing the videos the way I do them is somewhat of an outlet for me, so as Frank might say, "I'll do it my way." Thanks, David, and have a nice day.
@@ASunnyAdventure It's interesting the way many others do their road trip formats, and I prefer your method. There are some that do it without music and I like some of those, too. But yours has an appeal I like. I actually have a music playlist called "music from road videos" that contains tracks that I've liked from yours and others that do music. It's good background music for work (I'm a graphic designer).
@@davidborrink137 Yes, I agree. There are some good videos out there with and without music. It's just a matter of taste. I also watch other types of videos such as hiking, camping, RVing and general travel videos, and it's interesting to notice what music is used in these videos. Many video creators use the same music service that I do, and I often hear them using the same songs I use. Once in a while someone will use a song I like that I haven't run across yet, and I try track it down. It's optional to include a list of songs with the video. However, I like to give credit to the artists, and it is a good way for me to remember what I did.
@@ASunnyAdventure It's appreciated that you do the playlist because a number of times I'll be watching a scene and I'll want to know who is performing the track you're using. I'll put the artist's name in iTunes, call up the "songs" list and try a few titles listed if you have a number of tracks by the same artist in order to find the one I'm looking for, but I'll find it and then purchase. As a creative person I appreciate being able to support other creators. So you're actually providing them a good service by using and promoting them and I've given them support as a purchase. So I bought "Million Years" last night and added it to my playlist. No joke... I have probably 35-40 tunes used in your videos in that playlist.
Olá sou do Brasil.
