- Hello everyone, this time I will make a very delicious layer pudding, the ingredients are very simple, so anyone can make it.
Then please enjoy watching.
Materials :
Layer 1,3,5,7:
100g sugar
7 g Agar agar with brown color
750 ml Water
Layer 2:
25g Butter
1 Egg yolk
90g Sugar
7g Agar agar powder
500 ml Milk
Layer 4:
50g Sugar
7g Agar agar powder with brown color
80g Dark chocolate
400 ml Milk
Layer 6:
90g Sugar
7g Agar agar powder
500 ml Milk
25g Butter
1 Egg yolk

Same here. That must taste extremely sweet and more like biting into something similar to gelatine rather than pudding. I personally wouldn't like that too much, but tastes are different so maybe some people will like it.
It does look absolutely satisfying to watch but in terms of eating, I guess it would depend on the person...
I'm not that fond of eating anything with that much agar. I don't like the feeling of it in my mouth and I can only think of the bacterial cultures I made with agar somehow.
Still, great video. Though I agree with you that this will likely taste extremely sweet based on the ingredients.

I'm impressed by how smooth it looks, almost fake. I wouldn't want to eat it though, looks like some sort of plastic stuff to me. How everybody think it looks delicious is beyond me.

Last 2 years, i'm making this puding. It called Puding Lapis Surabaya. A lot of patient in making this puding but it worth it. Beautiful and taste good.
