Except you apparently don't get free updates if you grab the 'free' version of ARP that is being offered. I already got ARP a while ago, same with Retopo flow and Devine Cut. I also picked up the Physical stars/atmosphere, planets and oceans bundle yesterday.

For 3ds max there are two awesome rigging tools, one you can get from autodesk App Store, it’s called Instant Rig and it’s awesome, then there’s the “super simple rig” which you can get from their website - these two rigging tools are free and very simple but yet versatile for complex rigging. Do check it out.

Uhm... it is provided in the BlenderMarket. These are PlugIns/AddOns for this Application called Blender.
I would assume you have to google for other autorigging tools that are specifically for the 3D-Modeling Software you use.

Actually for Maya, there is an awesome animation and rigging tool that simply does more than AutoRig pro and it’s totally free, you can get this on the autodesk App Store, it’s called advanced skeleton. ( we may have to make a video about this as most people don’t know about it)
