I love that Entrapta was confirmed to be autistc, because most autistic people are portrayed as asexual and aromantic. Entrapta breaks the typical autistic mold that media has portrayed for years. I am a happily married autistic man, and this representation means so much to me.💖💖💖
So many people still say Entrapdak isn’t real. 0:25 he’s literally looking at HER over his entire life’s work And at 3:10 he’s seen being probably the angriest he has ever been in the entire series because Catra sent Entrapta to beast island
true, they never tried to kill each other (unlike catradora, seriously, catra was so toxic and abusive towards adora), and i feel like they really had a healthy dynamic. neither of them really tried to be superior, and they clearly saw each other as equals, no matter what hordak says (hes just like that; he doesnt really think himself to be superior, he only acts like he does, most likely because horde prime lowkey destroyed his mental health). they clearly care for each other. hordak protected entrapta with his body, when the explosion happened. entrapta helped hordak by building him the armor, and, as people have pointed out, the small gem thingy that entrapta gave him says "luvd" ("loved") in first one's language. hordak is seen genuienly smiling for the first time when looking at entrapta, and overall, entrapta clearly brings out hordak's emotions (raging when he thought she had betrayed him, attempting to kill catra when he found out she had sent her to beast island, blushing when imp teased him about entrapta, even crying because of entrapta.) and entrapta clearly cares about hordak as well. the way she talks to him, trying to make him feel better about himself, writing "loved" on the gemstone she gave him, "i have to tell hordak, he'll understand!", how happy she got when hordak returned, she clearly believed in hordak, encouraging him to stand up to horde prime.... hordak stood up against horde prime when ordered to kill entrapta. hordak feels feelings for entrapta. entrapta most likely saved hordak, by making him the armor. they understand each other, even when no one else does, and they care about each other, when they feel like no one else does.

@@coratt707 I'd say Catradora is a more powerful ship, Entrapta and Hordak are cuter. There are a lot of drama, emotions, power and just feels in Catradora. But Entrapta and Hordak are the cuteness, that it makes your heart just melt (in different way than with Catradora).
According to the producers, after the war, Hordak gets sent to Beast Island with Entrapta as part of their "Community Service". His appearance gradually begins to revert to its original form and he regains his memories. And best of all, it's confirmed they start a romantic relationship. :)
Entrapta often has to slow down so that simpletons will understand her. I love it when she makes Catra look stupid. Catra's pretty smart but when Entrapta slows down and spells things out to her, it's really satisfying to see her being treated like an idiot.
I like that after protecting Entrapta from the explosion, Hordak's hair gets messed up and it stays that way for the rest of the series (until S5 and then at the end I believe it messes up again). I think it's a cute representation of Hordak letting go of feeling like a failure when he's around Entrapta.
I think Keston John's the greatest voice actor in the series and that's really saying something because this series has got some amazing vocal performances. Compare Hordak's deep and rough voice with Horde Prime's smooth and superficially charming cadence or Wrong Hordak's childlike innocence. They're all clones and they all have the same man voicing them but they're distinctly different characters and although a lot of that is due to the writing and character design, we also have to give credit to the voice acting.
Also not the first time someone voices same person through clones I forgot his name but all the clones from clone wars have the same voices but how they speak act and design their armor shows more character than modern Star Wars like legit show me a clone and I’m 75% sure I could name him
By far the best ship from the show. Love their respect, their understanding, the evil science, their dynamic, with Entrapta being the dominant one and him following her. Also sorry for becoming political, but as a disabled person I felt so seen watching them, seeing not just someone like me but also a relationship like mine - it just captures so well how that feels.
When Entrapta wanted to enter Hordak's santcum, my first thought was "Hordak, don't you dare hurt her." I expected Hordak to treat Entrapta the same mean way he treated Catra, and I hoped Entrapta would come out mostly unscathed because I like her. The fact that not only did Hordak not hurt Entrapta, but actually started to care about her and Entrapta cared for him as well was the absolute last thing I expected to happen, and even less expected is how freaking adorable it was. They have a kind of Beauty and the Beast type relationship that I absolutely love and it turned Hordak from a character I didn't really care about into one of my favorites (and in case you can't tell, Entrapta was already my favorite).
@@sarahgilliss3503 Yeah it made sense for them, Entrapta had no one else on the planet who could understand or have the same love for technology as she does with Hordak she found someone who did and could understand her on that level. Hordak as we saw always viewed himself as a failure due to the impefections being a flawed Horde Prime clone but meeting Entrapta who began praising him for those same flaws he began to change for the better and it was that connection that made him finally change for the better.
AAAHHHH I LOVE THEM SO MUCH THEY'RE SO CUTE JUST LOOKATEM AAAHHHH I can't believe we get just 4-5 minutes of entrapdak in the entire show; I really hope we get a spin-off series of entrapdak, but that's probably not gonna happen btw, you forgot to put in the parts where they remember each other. How he explains that no matter what she says, she isn't a failure. -When Wrong Hordak remembered Entrapta & they hold hands
3:30-3:40 BRO THE WAY HE SAYS "What have you done to me?" ain't no way the emotion behind that is just platonic ALSO the fact she used her hand to touch his instead of her hair??? BRO??
The way entrapta just tells off hordak without even thinking of the possible consequences is hilarious while hordak is just so confused as to why entrapta is not acting like the others whenever he yells at her
I love the dynamic with these two. Hordak was created by Horde Prime to merciless and without compassion. Entrapta managed to show that he had the capacity for compassion and even love, something that not even Horde Prime's cruelty could beat out of him.
You know it's the right person when you call yourself a failure (though I don't think she was trying to dissing herself- more like connect with him on a similar level) and they immediately tell you that you're not a failure. That's the kind of positivity I need.
tbh, I was really freaked when I first found out that people shipped them but then I looked at the wiki and found out that Entrapta is NOT, in fact, 16 Also please tell me that Wrong Hordak turned into some sort of poly bf or odd adopted child, he was the backbone of all of season 5
Me too, I first thought she was a teenager, so I was uncomfortable, I thought it wasn't right. Then I learned she was just small but not so young. For Wrong Hordak, I rather think he would develop his individuality by meeting other Etherians, and try to help his siblings deal with all their beliefs being destroyed. I really see him becoming his own, independent person.
Both of them are bad at expressing themselves and showing emotions except to each other, it's so perfect. I don't understand anyone who hates this ship, it's one of the healthiest ships in the series.
Entrapta’s hair is cool. (I was gonna say that her using her hair as limbs/hands/something is super cool but I’ve been talking for too long so imma just-) 1:04 THIS BETTER BE CANON 3:51 HORDAK YOU KNOW DAMN WELL THAT ENTRAPTA’S MORE THEN A FRIEND TO YOU
I think Entrapta fits better with the Horde aesthetically because she has darker colors in her design and with her in the Horde we have a 2nd trio of characters Catra, Scorpia and Entrapta to mirror the protagonist trio Adora, Glimmer and Bow.
These two are the singular reason why I got stuck watching She-Ra from S3 to S4 in a single day: they are so wholesome together it's the cutest thing ever
Honestly, I really like hordak as a character. I was a little underwealmed at his "generic" presence in season 1 and 2 But I feel that was the point, hordak was never the main antagonistic focus which made his redemption more believable. To understand my bois' complexity you have to really think about it. Horde prime clones have a complete dependance on prime. They cannot think for themselves or even have the wil to move. They basically become psychologically broken. We can see this with wrong hordak. But where we can draw parallels between the tow is that wrong hordak had entrapta, bow, glimmer and more to help him cope and mend his broken initiative and personality. Hordak never had this, he was out on his own, psicologically broken, probably In tears like wrong hordak. The reason he feels shallow in s1 is bc he ever really found his emotions, much like catra he distances himself from everyone around him. All he had was his determination to return to Prime, he didn't really care about anything else, he just wanted to earn back the comfort, the security and the completion that he had before. He blames himself for his imperfection, he bames himself for being different, he feels that he is the villain of his own story. He constantly tries to fix himself in order to make up for his "mistakes". But then, along came entrapta. Keep in mind hordak never really considered the emotions or even a knowledgement of other beings. But in being with entrapta he finally has someone to care about, someone he can bond with. Someone who doesn't care about his imperfections but likes him for who he is. He suddenly starts to slightly loos a little focus in the portal and just wants to spend time with entrapta. The only person hes ever connected with. This is why his tears were so impactfull. That's why we want him to beat catra in that battle scene. Skip forward to S5. Hordak has all he's ever wanted. He is back with his only lord Prime. But he doesn't feel complete, memories, happy ones he felt in another life, with another Identity. The love he once felt, the name he once had, the name she called him. This is Hordak. He teaches us that no matter your imperfections, no matter what you've done, no matter the life you once lead, a little love can change you, it can take you out of toxic relationships with a man who dictates your whole life for eg. It can turn you into a hero. Emotions are strong, but love is what can heal us from the most negative of emotions. This has been my Thesis of Hordak. Who I honestly feel is one of the most complex charachters I've seen In modern fiction. But hey, I know my opinion is unpopular but hey let me know if you agree or disagree. After all, I'm just a guy.
I've barely seen a full episode of this show (because I'm lazy and bad at watching new shows) but I had heard about this pairing and instantly loved them. I especially love theie expressions at 0:25 where Entrapta is looking at the portal with an expression of "Holy crap it's working, this is so freaking cool!" and he's just focusing on her with a look of "you freaking dork, I love you." I can relate to both sides of that so freaking much.
The quality (+ the sanctum's color palette) makes it feel like a show they would have made in the early 2000s, something they'd have aired on Jetix and the like. Gosh, this gave me nostalgia over something that never happened
3:10 you know, I think almost all the tension and clashes from this series are from other relationships/romances. Like Scorpia only clashes with people to try and win over Catra. Catra only does anything because of her feelings for Adora which causes Catra to betray Entrapta/Horak and Hordak attacks Catra over Entrapta. Goes to show how deep the show is, without that it would basically just be Hordak wants to take over everything and She-Ra wants to stop him - like the 80's version. Almost everything in this show has something to do with a relationship.
I really love that about this show. The characters are motivated by their relationships with other people. They aren't just cookie cutter characters who do things just because
They are adorable, quirky, and Hordak redeeming himself was 90 percent Entrapta. Also, the people voicing them deserve Oscars for their performances as Entrapdak
Me and my (much older and extremely strange) brother were watching She Ra, and in the scene where Hordak says “what Entrapta was doing was none of your concern” he just *stared* at me and after like a minute I got it and I smacked him with a pillow
Yeah, that was fucking petty. I have very mixed up feelings about Catra because on one hand, I hate her for being a toxic piece of shit and I don't think she earned her redemption but on the other, I always cry when she saves Glimmer.
@@tomnorton4277honestly same. I don’t get how Glimmer especially seemed to close w/her once she joined the best friend squad..like..Glimmer, weren’t you literally depressed and lashing out at your friends for your mother being dead? Now you’re out here hugging and kissing the killer? And it becomes even worse once you consider that Angela is immortal, so she’ll most likely be trapped in that destroyed world forever :’(
i love their relationship so much. Hordak spent his entire life being a clone, a number, who was shunned and sentenced to death for his "defects" (c'mon we all know he's canonically disabled) and then made an empire so he could be seen as someone of value. He spends what 2 weeks with Entrapta, and all she says is that "Imperfection is beautiful" and is the only one who never shunned away from him and helped him by making and designing his armor. He thought his entire existence was wrong and that he even failed at dying, but Entrapta saw Hordak the individual. That's all Entrapta does really, she makes things be more, she made Emily, and her bots in her Castle all had unique designs and names and purposes. She makes things with the point of being themselves. She designs without the purpose of aesthetic but for the purpose of being there. She loves Hordak for being himself, for being someone else unlike anyone she has ever seen. Hordak probably spent years feeling guilty for even giving himself a name meanwhile Entrapta makes sentient robots who she loves unconditionally the moment she gets the chance. Hordak and Entrapta works so well because she see's him, not a clone. You can clearly tell that symbolism perfectly with Emily and the scene at 1:00 in comparison to when Horde Prime showed up literally saying "Your will?" and "You are an abomination, giving yourself a name and building yourself an Empire" still only seeing a defect of what was a brainwashed slave.
As soon as Hordak sparks at 2:08, Entrapta drops the First Ones Tech that she's obsessed with and immediately turns to try and support him. It's not even a serious glitch - at worst, it hurt Hordak's pride that it happened in front of Adora - but Entrapta cares about him so much that just seeing him in discomfort makes her throw technology aside. This is WAY better than Catra and Adora's toxic relationship. Could you see Catra turning to Adora in concern like that? If Adora was about to die after Catra finally got her shit together in Season 5 then yes, Catra would be worried (of course she tried to kill Adora multiple times in earlier seasons but whatever), but just for a bit of discomfort and embarrassment? Catra wouldn't give a shit.
Actually, Catra _would_ give a shit, lady legit thought she sacrificed herself for Adora and left her because she didn't wanna be an interruption in Adora's life, and as for Adora, she always loved Catra, Catradora's get-together process was a bit toxic but in the end they were very healthy
@@fulichak6499 Adora never loved Catra romantically. People read WAY too deep into Princess Prom, where Adora was only following Catra around because she knew she was up to something. Outside of that there was never even the slightest hint that Adora's feelings for Catra were anything other than sisterly until it was shoved into Season 5, destroying Adora's entire character arc about escaping from toxic relationships in the process. As for Catra, she continued gaslighting Adora in Season 5, like when she said "that's never stopped you before" and when she said "Please just this once, stay" showing that she STILL thought Adora abandoned her when Adora spent 3 fucking seasons trying to make her see reason. Furthermore, Shadow Weaver was, for all intents and purposes, their mother which makes their relationship incestuous. Adopted siblings are still siblings so it still counts as incest. It's a toxic relationship through and through.
@@fulichak6499 Catra only sacrificed herself for Glimmer because she couldn't gain anything from Horde Prime. If she could manipulate or overpower him like she did Hordak, she wouldn't have lifted a finger to help Glimmer or Adora for that matter. Need proof? The dinner scene. While Glimmer was begging for Adora's life, Catra didn't say a word. Furthermore, Catra continued gaslighting Adora with lines like "That's never stopped you before" and ran away when Adora needed her in Failsafe. She wasn't doing it for Adora's sake and this is confirmed when she's alone with Melog. Catra admitted that her real motivation was "Adora chose Shadow Weaver over me. Adora doesn't want me" which is completely selfish. Catra knew that Adora was trying to save the universe but conveniently ignored it whilst talking to Melog because it didn't fit her "I'm the victim" narrative.
As much as I disliked his first color palette with bloody red mouth, eyes and everything, I came to miss that. It's what made him unique and made him stand out from the "perfect" clones. Still I'm glad he has a more stable body now

So many people still say Entrapdak isn’t real. 0:25 he’s literally looking at HER over his entire life’s work
And at 3:10 he’s seen being probably the angriest he has ever been in the entire series because Catra sent Entrapta to beast island
Whitefang 73005 The creator has literally said Entrapdak is canon so it definitely is
And I mean look at that firework effect they had, happen...
Literal fireworks!!!
And his lip quivers at 3:02
There are people who think Entrapdak isn't real?
@@MaskersChannel Isnt there like a psychic wave that tells you "YO THEY FOKIN" when you see them together or is it just me
Healthiest ship in the series tbh.
true, they never tried to kill each other (unlike catradora, seriously, catra was so toxic and abusive towards adora), and i feel like they really had a healthy dynamic.
neither of them really tried to be superior, and they clearly saw each other as equals, no matter what hordak says (hes just like that; he doesnt really think himself to be superior, he only acts like he does, most likely because horde prime lowkey destroyed his mental health). they clearly care for each other. hordak protected entrapta with his body, when the explosion happened. entrapta helped hordak by building him the armor, and, as people have pointed out, the small gem thingy that entrapta gave him says "luvd" ("loved") in first one's language. hordak is seen genuienly smiling for the first time when looking at entrapta, and overall, entrapta clearly brings out hordak's emotions (raging when he thought she had betrayed him, attempting to kill catra when he found out she had sent her to beast island, blushing when imp teased him about entrapta, even crying because of entrapta.)
and entrapta clearly cares about hordak as well. the way she talks to him, trying to make him feel better about himself, writing "loved" on the gemstone she gave him, "i have to tell hordak, he'll understand!", how happy she got when hordak returned, she clearly believed in hordak, encouraging him to stand up to horde prime....
hordak stood up against horde prime when ordered to kill entrapta.
hordak feels feelings for entrapta.
entrapta most likely saved hordak, by making him the armor.
they understand each other, even when no one else does, and they care about each other, when they feel like no one else does.
I mean Perfuma x Scorpia is also healthy
@@Selkie_17 True but we saw far less of them so we get less of an impression of their dynamic
Netossa and spinnerella were cute too- nobody ever seems to remember them
@@that-queer-fnaf-theorist Like I said with the Scorfuma remark, we really didn't get to see enough of them to give them a fair judgement. I'm sure it is healthy but given how little we see of them it really doesn't leave an impression.

But i do miss 80s hordak is a softy moments. All his REBELS GIVE ME BACK MY BABY!!! ADORA MY DAUGTHER COME BACK HOME!!! I MISS YOU!!! From the 80s
Honestly I loved that scene. Even as ineffective as the action was in and of itself, it was powerful for Hordak, and I fucking loved it

I always hated catra in the show until the end so for me entrapta and hordak
According to the producers, after the war, Hordak gets sent to Beast Island with Entrapta as part of their "Community Service". His appearance gradually begins to revert to its original form and he regains his memories.
And best of all, it's confirmed they start a romantic relationship. :)
Omg the Beast Island thing is so freaking cute!!!

I love how when Entrapta really means something, she speaks slowly. Like she's fully focused on saying something rather than her hyperfocus, tech.
Entrapta often has to slow down so that simpletons will understand her. I love it when she makes Catra look stupid. Catra's pretty smart but when Entrapta slows down and spells things out to her, it's really satisfying to see her being treated like an idiot.
The most unexpected yet most adorable ship.

I love this line so much
I like that after protecting Entrapta from the explosion, Hordak's hair gets messed up and it stays that way for the rest of the series (until S5 and then at the end I believe it messes up again). I think it's a cute representation of Hordak letting go of feeling like a failure when he's around Entrapta.

Underrated comment, by far my favorite one on this video-
It hurts seeing other characters pull her hair, so I really appreciate when even a really serious situation hordak only ever grabbed her hand
Keston John has the best voice acting role in the show NGL
He's this show's Dee Bradley Baker.
@@HaydrogenBomb DEFINITELY on par with Baker, I'll give you that. Two men who voice so many expertly.

I wouldn't say Entrapta was the dominant one. They were equals. Entrapta stood up to Hordak at times but never acted like she was the one in charge.
Love, that's not political, wanting good and effective representation of part of your identity is what anybody would want
@@tomnorton4277 She wasn't actively dominant but I can't imagine Hordak telling her "no".
Hon talking about disability should never be political
Started the show for adora and catra, stayed for entrapta and hordak
Honestly, same.
So, I'm not the only one that saw a Beauty-and-the-Beast-like story unfolding for these two...
Nice. 😁
@@sarahgilliss3503 Yeah it made sense for them, Entrapta had no one else on the planet who could understand or have the same love for technology as she does with Hordak she found someone who did and could understand her on that level.
@Moth_monster thank you sir/ma'am
I've barely seen a full episode of this show (because I'm lazy and bad at watching new shows) but I had heard about this pairing and instantly loved them.
I especially love theie expressions at 0:25 where Entrapta is looking at the portal with an expression of "Holy crap it's working, this is so freaking cool!" and he's just focusing on her with a look of "you freaking dork, I love you."
I can relate to both sides of that so freaking much.

And it becomes even worse once you consider that Angela is immortal, so she’ll most likely be trapped in that destroyed world forever :’(
This totally reads as two neuro divergent people in a very wholesome relationship to me (from experience!)
i love their relationship so much. You can clearly tell that symbolism perfectly with Emily and the scene at 1:00 in comparison to when Horde Prime showed up literally saying "Your will?" and "You are an abomination, giving yourself a name and building yourself an Empire" still only seeing a defect of what was a brainwashed slave.
their chemistry was so good 😭😭 i still can't believe it
As soon as Hordak sparks at 2:08, Entrapta drops the First Ones Tech that she's obsessed with and immediately turns to try and support him.
Dude, we get it, you don't like Catradora. Please stop going on unrelated videos just to complain about it.
