Something I haven't actually seen anyone talking about is that Scorpia is the only person who gets chipped and then never speaks afterwards. Everyone else when they get chipped gets an evil version of their previous personality but not her.
My head canon is that Scorpia's will and devotion to good was so incredibly strong that even if she was forced to obey commands, her personality was impossible to corrupt.

She was only with the Horde because she had just always been on that side and never realized there was another choice until she'd had a few talks with members of the Alliance and realized she'd be happier there.
Scorpia has a great introduction. A giant, threatening scorpion woman emerges from the shadows and what's the first thing she says? Kitty. And it's immediately followed by a friendly hug. That encapsulates Scorpia's entire character in just a few seconds.

They both love their friends immensely but yet both seem to display that in polar opposite ways to each other and very different from neurotypicals. Then of course they're both pretty wholesome and I see my passion for friends in Scorpia and my passion for technology in Entrapta, etc.
