Wallace with Glen Velez

Wallace is a piece written by Glen Velez. During the pandemic, he often taught his students over Zoom. In one such lesson, he noticed a dog named "Wallace" walking behind one of his students. Inspired by this, he composed a piece envisioning Wallace. I am grateful to have the opportunity to premiere this new piece at my recital. Additionally, Glen Velez will be releasing a new album featuring several pieces inspired by different dogs, so stay tuned for that.
