You definitely don't know that this device after upgrading and repair is sold as a new and sealed device in the market with a higher price, that's why it is repaired with such precision and cleanliness that the buyer does not notice this upgrade.
I am a relevant practitioner. Due to the huge price difference of memory, many customers upgrade their unopened phones to 521GB or 1TB after purchasing the 128GB model. After the upgrade, the phones will be returned to the customers in their original state. This is also a reflection of meticulous work and professionalism. As you said, it is very difficult to sell it again as a new sealed device, because the serial number on the box can be used to obtain the corresponding phone information in APPLE's official query tool, which cannot be tampered with because the information is unique.
