In dangerous space such as wormhole space where I live I prefer to use a Bifrost command destroyer fit for mining boosts x 2 and 1 x skirmish links. I really like it, it has a get out of jail free card with the micro jump drive that yonks my fleet 100km in the direction its facing, plus evasive links gets align time way down. If you want the fit its on eve workbench under Bifrost, Bifrost Gas
@@tarkserbest513 I don't bother with compression, I just use a prospect and when I'm full go back to the station and drop off. My fleet is 5 x prospect 1 x bifrost booster for effectively 7 miners with boosts on. When I'm full I just go back to the station, typically every hour and a half or so.
@@tarkserbest513 I speed tank/Jedi Huff with a passive or active tanked MWD prospect. You need to orbit at 0m at faster than 2,200 m/s to do it. When looking at the cloud click just to the left of the center of it so your ship starts manually approaching it, once your overview says 0m from it, right click it on your overview, orbit , current 0m, and turn on the prop mod and harvest away after orbit stabilizes. The NPC's will spawn but never be able to catch you. It works best on the big cloud while you get the hang of it. Once you get better you can start with the small cloud, and then switch to the big cloud once the NPC's spawn. If you have to warp off make sure to make a ping to warp back to at the edge of the cloud so they won't get you when you come back.
Great breakdown, thank you. I generally run a Porpoise w/2 alts in Retrievers and get pretty good results. Have been considering exhumed and in fact just skilled both alts into them, so this helps with the decision, again thank you. Love your content.
Thanks for the demonstration. I run a porpoise with two Macks. Based on this demo, I'm going to fit two Hulks and run those instead. I'll have to compress more often, but the increased yield will be worth it, I think.
Is it possible we could get a video about the ins and outs of a solo corporation. Like how the wallets work, what it looks like if you wanted to get space in nulls, is a solo corp even worth it and if it is at what point in your eve carrier should you consider it etc. Just have not really found any content about those things yet on RUclips.
I can give my thoughts on it, I've been in a solo Corp for several years now, and I've taken it to null and back. Good video idea, I'll put it on the list.
Love your videos. I think the point values are off though. Point value of 1 should be 25.1, not 50.2 as 50.2 applies to 2 accounts. Same for point value of 2.

Haha!I've been considering just that. Thanks it's good to know I wasn't just fantasizing that it would work.
what about compression?
I couldnt deal with the rats in the wormholes tho how do you do it?

Another excellent mining video, a must view series for all EVE miners, thx for taking the time and sharing your experience.

Amazing thanks mate, really useful.

How can I kill the rats in the wormhole sites Do I really have to bring a bigger ship I couldnt find a fit either
So, no porps before alts can use exhumers?
Hulk was used in the example. the same concept works for barges.

25.1m3/s is 1 modulated strip. 50.2 is the total for the ship (both harvesters)
@@JAKEL33T Ah understand now. Thanks
