For where you join two hexagons I would use a strip of card stock to reinforce the join. Cut about 6 cm in width and the length of the join and glue with 3 cm on each hexagon.

I used the paper making tape to join them at the back and then I applied PVA glue in the middle to reinforce the bond. This method seemed to work quite well for me. Hope you have succeeded in making it!

woww ... this super video, I really liked this idea of lighting up an abitacion. CONGRATULATIONS. I only have one question, is what type of LED did you use or where can you get it? THANKS and I speak for all when I say that we would like to know what kind of LEDs can be used.

Thanks for checking out the video. The LED is actually called "copper string lights". It is usually sold together with home decor items in wholesale places. It is much easier to find them online. Simply type in Google Search and you will locate them. I purchased mine online. If you are making more than 4 hexagons, I'd suggest you pick 3 - 5 mitres in length.

The lights are often called "fairy lights", "moon lights", or "LED Wire Lights." They are available in various lengths, colors, and power types. Most are battery operated.
