i have a question... at the beginning of the video why is the kid doing like a multiball trainer? what training is that? how does that help is like a strategy or something when he plays or wat? i would like to know, because maybe its useful and i can use it for my training
I watched your youtube upload your club's training programs and it is really good. I like it. Recently, I study about table tennis for my children. When my children play table tennis, collecting ball is the one problems for us. I noticed that there is NET to catch table tennis balls when you train to your students in "Ping Pong Ball Training 36". What's to call in Chinese name for that NET and how much of it in China?
That last counter-hitting drill the right handed kid did is fierce. The beginning of the video looks like they're training the left-handed kid to be a hitting partner/coach. Why buy a robot when you can train one?
@john66560 All the top tennis players went through something similar. Actually pick any olympic sports. Training duration, intensity and hours should be the same. Their childhood were taken as well. Is it also considered a "stupid training"?
he does this training to train his forearm shots so that he can do the shot in both the squares with precision and accuracy. the same goes for the chop shot
for all of you who say "i wish i had that kinda training" the only thing you need to do is to get some balls and get together with a partner. this is why China keeps producing the best table tennis in the world. on the other hand sweden has not prodduced another generation of good player since the 80's. France, since Gatien have not heard of another french player in the top ten. Germany, even though has a lot of players only one is in the top ten, Boll.
@haydonlee93 Basketball is one of the most watched sports in China. China's Tennis is also becoming vastly popular due to China's success in the sport in the past few years. China's in the top. Korea's in the below top position.
@haydonlee93 The reason China has better athletes than Korea is because their training is better..If It was like that then the Chinese would be good at every single sport invented, but we're not.
wow, I never thought to practice like that. Returning a slow ball followed by several slams is a great technique builder!
love your training videos, thanks a lot for posting them!!!

Multiball feeding is rather good for you own game. It helps develop the short game, both pushing and flicking/flipping (for you Europeans).

actually there should be a net at the end of the table so he wouldn't have to collect all of them from the ground:)

coachtt123 how long train this 2 kids and how old are they?
the kid in the gray shirt had a very good forhand loop/drive, but since the speed glue band i dnt think his shots be as fast as that haha
In my opinion: if anybody want to be champion or play on high level (for example in China super leage) need this very hard training .
that shit is HELL, man. I'm telling you that shit is HELL
