Great topic for a reiki video ! I keep meeting the wrong people or settling down for people that don't fit me, and then I self-sabotage or refuse to put in the efforts to keep the friendship because I can feel they are not the best fit for me. I want to end this circle now !

I need a boost to supplement my own Reiki practice and flow. Aligned relationships are essential. I want to cut cords with those who are negative, and continually casting out ropes trying to pull me into their overly political, conspiracy theory, doomsday circle and outlook. It is difficult because of the way things are at this moment. Everything is moving so slow towards my new direction.
You are constantly being re-born, re-created, re-generated, every moment.
Concepts, thoughts, and stories are constantly being re-created.
You are generating it ALL, and this is unconscious.
When you ‘uproot’ repression and suppression, you unveil Flow.
You CAN change in an instant.
Every morning you wake up, your life story is re-constructed.
Do I have to wake up believing reality is the way I believed it was yesterday?
When breathing is restricted, get curious about what is holding it back,

Did you know that If you were to free yourself
of all your subconscious limiting beliefs,
you would be able to do ANYTHING?
If you believe that you can accomplish anything
and that anything is possible,
you open your self to limitless possibilities
and allow life to bring you the things you want...
But as we grow older,
we start believing that we can't do certain things
or that some things aren't possible...
Our subconscious minds reinforce these beliefs
and ensure that we can't do what we would like to do
or that some things are just not possible for us...
Examples of subconscious limiting beliefs/blocks:
I'm not good looking enough
I can't travel the world
I can't dance
I can't swim,
I'm too weird
I can never pass math class etc. etc...
Now imagine a life where those don't exist
and you believe that you can accomplish anything...
A whole new world will open up for you. You will feel/be free!
