it kind of hacks me off that some fans want to dismiss what teams done back in the early days.just because they may have been several organizations that voted for and named national champions..any championship that bama won in the early days mean just as much, as the most recent one. and i feel the same way for any team..those coaches, and players practiced, and played just as hard as any team today, and deserve to be recognized for what they accomplished.
Thank flaco3412 for originally uploading this video. Unfortunately, he recently took it down from his account, so I am reuploading it to ensure this historic footage is available to the public.
The lack of hash marks through me off. It's so strange seeing them line up practically on the sideline for some plays. Still; it's so cool to see footage from the early 30's like this and see how the game was compared to how it is now.
It's referring to their "remarkable drive" to win, not to a single possession. It means they had 193 yards in the second quarter. But yes, they worded that very confusingly.

For some reason the plays that were made kinda reminded me of super bowl 51
They had "educated" toes back in 1931. 4:28
