Since I've been watching, I have enjoyed learning and becoming part of Miss Helen's family. It's a joy just to know I will not be hearing foul talk and seeing ungodly behavior. I'm embarrassed that we have become a nation of such behavior. Miss Helen, I am only 10 years your junior but have learned so much from you. I appreciate your work. and I'm thankful that your son got you in this business. I'm also the daughter of a barber and enjoyed watching my daddy cut hair and give facials. Blessings!!

Helen - next time you wish to make rocks try covering your balloon or whatever you want to use for a base with tin foil. It will help you stabilize the object and you can add wrinkled up “lumps” of tin foil anywhere on your object to make to uneven areas as a rock has. It should work very well for you and make the job easier.
Ms. Helen, I just love you. Georgia is much like Virginia. My Mother was a very creative, crafty person. You bring me joy and happiness. I have learned a lot from you. My Mom would have loved to have been your neighbor. God Bless you and bring you joy!
I enjoy listening to you, I turn your videos on while I am doing various things and it gives me a sweet, happy feeling. Spring and summer are my favorites too! I don't drink coffee, but I would love to sit and sip tea with you while you enjoy your coffee in the mornings.

I like the balloon. Looks like a dragon's egg. I like the coffee can a lot. Really looks like a rock.
I found out that if i use Viva paper towels and dip them in cement I can drape the balloon. The thick layer of cement can be added to the draped balloon after it dries. I also use my hands to add it to the balloons instead of the frosting method. I of course wear gloves to keep my hands protected.
When I was doing this I wasn't making rocks - I was making the lawn balls.
It was really so much easier to put a thick layer of cement on a surface with texture. Those balloons are really slippery when you try to smear them with anything.
As far as I know the Viva paper towels are the thickest paper towels you can buy in the supermarket. Those blue disposable shop towels would probably work even better.

Ms. Helen, you are like the "little engine that could" ....as usual you have out done yourself. I would love it if you would make a video of your rock gardens. I get small glimpses of your past projects but I would love to see everything, like in the other parts of yours yard behind where you sit, What I can see is so pretty.. My favorite time of the day is most definitely morning and I LOVE the fall most. Seems to me like off the old and getting ready for the new..
Kathy franco id love to see the whole garden too. Think its a carport behind her...saw some in older videos when trying to dry something and rain was coming.

I thought Dublin sounded familiar. My father was stationed at Robins AFB in '67-68 when I was in junior high. I'm living in Blue Ridge, Ga now. I love coffee and nature and the Good Lord like you. When you build with cement it lasts a long time.

Miss Helen have you tried making a slurry and dipping your rock in it first... then letting it dry and then adding more cement?

Coffee was late today in Edinburgh! My favourite time is early evening as the sun is setting, I have an amazing view and the sunsets are breathtaking, a glimpse of the beauty of the Lord I say :D I so love to look at the sky. I Love watching you Miss Helen, I just wanted to let you know how I make boulders and smaller rocks, I make the shape out of field fencing, I wire it together and ball up aluminium foil to add .more shape, then I use insulation in a can and spray lines around it makes little ledges for the cement to stick to. I use spray paint that looks light rocks Works great, You are a Blessing for me! Keep up the good work! Oh, what are the green glass leaves behind you they are so pretty!

I like Early morning and around dinner time I feel like working outside since the Children are gone. We would go outside and check the horses and goats, chickens and dogs that time of day. Come to Arizona, everyone does for fall. It's Spring for Fall here. I miss the leaves changing. I have to go up North.

If you place the canister between your legs it acts as a leverage to keep the canister from running away... so next time try this method. I am learning some pretty unique things from you so keep up the good work. Bless you Helen
