4:07 so for context, Avatar Belial is Granblue's resident glass cannon, sporting a myriad of powerful specials and unique tools that let him break the rules of the game at the cost of him being very frail. His main gimmick is that his H special moves have half the cooldown that other characters have to deal with in exchange for taking a chunk of his health away when he does them, which can get pretty dicey considering he also has the lowest health in the game. He also has access to two followup moves he can do after his specials that teleport him to the opponent at the cost of his health
@hatevernal7079 so the big thing to keep in mind with Avatar Belial is that he's a very feast or famine kind of character; if the match is going his way, he can look unstoppable, but if it isn't, he is liable to explode. Now for some more specifics: -for his fireballs, an important thing to learn in general is to spot dodge them in neutral so he is forced to deal with a longer cooldown than if you had to block them. This is, in general, a good thing to learn for Granblue fireballs, but against Abel, it's especially nice since it prevents him from using his pact followups off of them -for his command jump, do keep in mind that he is vulnerable to getting anti aired or air-to-aired when he does it. He also doesn't have a way of canceling it safely outside of the L followup at a distance, meaning it is also weak to reversals if he's doing it mindlessly in pressure -for his pact followups, do keep in mind he has two of them: a fast arcing kick that deals massive damage as a counter hit but is very unsafe on block, and a much slower dive kick that is plus on block but can be anti aired. As such, if you expect him to do one of the pact followups, then holding block and waiting a bit to see if he goes for the dive kick can allow you to punish both options. Of course, he can always just not go for a pact followup on his specials, but if he doesn't do one, then he's usually lost his turn, and you can attempt to take your turn again

I hope so, the devs are apparently keen on keeping it alive for a long time, I mean, they went out of their way to remake the game to have rollback, so there is a bit of hope
It won't. The game is getting torn apart in both the Eastern and Western FGC. They essentially removed motion inputs, nerfed a lot of what people thought was fun, basically removed throws with the new tech window, etc. The new mechanics are also horribly designed in their current state. GBVS had its issues too but if they just gave that game rollback with the release of GBVSR, barely anyone would play R.
