I can’t wait to show you my journey to Motuo County!
Motuo is the lowest place in the whole Tibet, which is only 600 meters above sea level. Located at the southern side of the ending point of the Himalayas, it is also a tropical area in Eastern Tibet, which has the mildest climate, most abundant rainfall, and most ecological preserved place in Tibet.
My journey to Motuo County was really an interesting trip beyond my expectation.
I made a new friend on the way, visited his home, and experienced an idyllic life in the Himalayas. I also saw bananas growing in Tibet and tasted sugar cane growing in Tibet for the first time. You can never imagine how Tibetan lemons grew here look like.

quite surprised to see "Tropical" fruits in Tibet !! but what a stunning place. Honestly I am from India living in Mumbai and never knew anything more than Hon. Dalai Lama and his monastary when I talk of Tibet. You have opened up a completely new world in itself in Tibet. now its on my bucket list.
Oh, my god, Motuo county is so stunningly beautiful... Pomey town too...and modern at the same time. Tibet is much more affluent than I thought...
Tibet has a lot of modern facilities and is not as backward as the western media say
Hi Jamyang, I am from Indonesia. I visited Tibet 3 years ago. I was mersmerizing by the beauty of Tibet. Tibetan well preserved culture, language, and religion. Before going to Tibet, I read from Western Media, that Chinese goverment destroying Tibetan culture. But i feel happy, that is not true...

@@tamangkumar4765 He is anti Chinese or not, I dont care. I just wanna tell my traveling experience in Tibet. I also visited India. India is a big democracy country, yet their citizen live in poverty.
Even Chinese citizens can’t voice their opinions and facts if it goes against the government as we have witnessed with Dr. Li Wenliang. So they have to be very careful of what they show and say to others. You will have difficulty retrieving information about how they view the Chinese govt. or Tibetan govt. Massive deforestation, mining minerals, destruction of monasteries, stealing all the valuables in the monastery such as gold, silver, previous stones. Even keeping our top religious figure His holiness the dalai lama portrait is a crime.
@@phurbukyipa937 Yes, I agree that China should give more "freedom of speech" r. But in every country there must be advantages and disadvantages. No country is perfect. My country, Indonesia, is the second largest democracy in the world. But if you criticize the Quran or the Prophet Muhammad, you may be sentenced to prison.
As for the destruction of monasteries in Tibet, I guess it was during the Cultural Revolution. Not only monasteries in Tibet were destroyed, but also happened in other Chinese provinces, such as Confucian temples and churches. Deforestation in Tibet is not true because the typical Tibetan plains are grasslands and there are not many trees. But what is certain is that Tibet’s infrastructure construction is very fast. The wide road leading to the village. Provide electricity and telephone signals to remote areas. The Chinese government will not let Tibet fall behind and live in poverty, thats why Tibetan are given many facilities than other ethnicities. Because only by eradicating poverty the social turmoil and separatist movement can be quelled.

Yeah india is largest democracy but if you eat beef then you would get lynched. Even india has forced hindi language in Arunachal which was not a native language and now indian government has banned people to eat beef in Arunachal which is a staple food of Arunachal people. India wants them to become like north indian and follow culture of Hinduism.

I didnt have any idea that there was a low land area of Tibet. I'm an American living the past 20 yrs. In Guatemala, & Mexico I never expected to see sugar cane, & fruit growing in Tibet. I may be to old to walk around Holy Kailash, but now I know there is much more to love in Tibet🥰🌈🛸
