That's true but by Russia removing the debt, I think they mean well because Russia is one of the country that never colonised any part of Africa & they helped black South African people during the apartheid to rise up and defend themselves. By them removing the debt it will take some of the weight off African countries shoulders and focus on important issues that are still haunting Africa, like the West "French, USA, UK" who are trying to recolonize Africa again. Hopefully now Africa will focus on building their own army to protect themselves without depending on the West.

Because Russia knows something about us that we don't know yet. Plus, Russia sees the advantage the West and Europe have on us. So it's a win, win. I don't think it is all out of good heart but a business move that is reciprocated.
I definitely appreciate Russia doing that for my African brothers and sisters the US and France would never do that but their will continue to use their natural resources for their benefit 1love!!!
