Maybe you know the brand, I purchased the Soundcore Liberty Air 2 and have 0 regrets. They have enough gesture control and can be changed if needed with the app. Has good soundstage, which can also be changed within the app, there are a lot of presets for the equalizer and you can also have your own, it also has a feature where it makes your own preset. Last but not least it has wireless charging. They're normally $99 but it goes on sale very often and you can grab them for $80.

For myself, I would have to say that the JLab earbuds would be more convenient for someone who travels simply because the charging cable is built into the case so one wouldn't have to remember to bring the charging cable when traveling.

I've always liked that about them. I bought the jlab epic air anc got them on sale. the definitive factor for me was the controls. They sounds good and are pretty loud imo, and I literally use them all day, it seems like that take forever to run out of battery

I think it is worth also looking at the sub $50 noname earbuds too. There's some pretty great value and good quality ones in the $25 - $50 range. As you point out, they are effectively a disposable item, so even $100 is a lot to spend.

Most reviewers focus on the sound quality as it relates to listening to music. I need them for phone calls. Please don't apologize on using them for phone calls. A lot of us need these types of reviews because we have a million reviewers already focusing on music listening.

I've owned a pair of JLabs Jbuds Air for over a year and a half now and they've been absolutely amazing, the value is crazy considering they cost about $30-$40 at the time. I've never had any of the more expensive ones like Airpods, but I've never felt the need either, especially if the standard earpods quality is much similar.
Also, I find the usb A cable built in a good selling point for me, my Jbuds air also have it and it makes it so easy to charge, just unplug my smartphone cable and plug the case directly in to the adapter, also makes it really easy if you forget to charge it and find someone with a brick or a powerbank on the go.

I got the oneplus buds z and although they sound fantastic and have a great price tag, after one year of use, battery life has gone downhill. Can’t use them for one hour straight. Now I’m looking or a new pair of earbuds.

Your video on the Pixel Buds convinced me to get them... but the left bud kept losing sync with my Pixel4a5g. So I returned them for the Samsung Galaxy Buds+. They're okay, I guess, and only $90 on a Black Friday sale.

In Amazon, the amazing Melomania 1 by Cambridge Audio are on sale for 80 dollars. They're AWESOME. The mic isn't great, but sound, fit and battery life is tremendous.

Are there any cheaper headphones with the 'breathability' while retaining a seal like the airpod pros? Once you get a set that seals without hearing your internal sounds it's hard to go back...

Tozo T12. Yes, I'd never heard of them either, but good sound, wireless charging case, percentage battery life indicator, and $36 on Amazon right now. 👍

what would you suggest for me who can't get buds to fit since I have ear canals as small as most kids? Even with the smallest tips, they fall out.
