- A lessor known recording from Gracie, but its a delight voice and song wise another over looked recording from 1935. I always love uploading lessor known recordings, as these are a new experience for many.
After a lifetime of collecting Gracie's records I suppose this is my favourite!.
I have shared things -look how many actual videos, not just songs, there are of Gracie on my RUclips page. I told you before the audio sharing is your thing, and I don't want to take credit away from you. When I get time, I may put more on. But the website may beat me to it.
Not sure why you addressed that comment to me, as that RUclips channel is no connection to me. I have shared things with them, including discography of dates songs were recorded and a few photographs for their website.
Recorded 19th May 1935, not 1940.
Only your youtube videos appear on the site! not that is a problem to me. I would be careful of sending items to strangers you dont know after all we live in dangerous times. The site was registered in Coral Springs on March 14th 2013 Mr Banks lives there, I believe he is not a relation to the Banks family and uses that name yippie for him.I was once in contact with him, but I did not want to continue the contact not that there was a problem. I believe David Bret was also in contact.
Fair enough seb, but please do tell me why the new webpage only puts your stuff on? and another question who is the webmaster of website is it the freemasons? what have they got to hide? This cloak and dagger stuff is worthy of a Miss marple, not that I am over concerned it is just silly. I am not the only one to notice this as various people have emailed me, and sadly I am unable to help them. Thank you for your comments they are ALWAYS welcome.
On a final note I suggest you take a look at the offical Dorothy Squires webpage, that is how a good website is run. interaction with her fans and I for one believe that is the only way a website to a STAR survives and shines and that one clearly does, thanks to Chris White who set up the site at his own expense its slick and proffesional.

i have this on a '35 bing crosby radio program, sung by his guest for the program, (marian?) marlowe. typical 30's torcher. ms marlowe's treatment was typical of the torchy style of those days.
