It can be the most important part of the game and you have to be ready. Digging Position: Nice athletic comfortable positioning with your weight on your toes. Digging Angles: The ball will come very fast so it's important that you have your angles correctly because wherever your 'platform' (position of your arms together) is angled, that's where the ball is gonna go. Good Luck!
Remember:
1) Balanced Athletic Stance
2) Hands together with palms up
3) Angle arms up

Also, any overall tips for receiving better (im having trouble with the ‘absorb’ and aim towards setter portion; my receives tend not to be controlled)?
